I don't think he's Kylo Ren; HOWEVER, I think he is going to be the Senator/Emperor Palpatine dude in the story (probably more like 'Senator,' when he was more of a secret sith)

From this article, it's sounds like Luke may not have that big of a role in the movie:

Awesome trailer! I've been worried that this is going to be a letdown like the first two prequels, but I'm officially sold. It has the feel of a modern version of the universe from the original three. I never felt that connection in the prequels.

They show Kylo from behind and we also know what Kylo looks like under the helmet. If Kylo Ren is Luke then it would make zero sense to cast Adam Driver to be Kylo Ren.

They're trying really hard to make people believe it's Luke underneath the mask. I agree with what someone said in this thread previously. I think he turned to the dark side and he's the high man on the totem pole and you'll see him as a big reveal at the end of the film.
