2012 Prizm Pylon Brian Quick 1/1

These don’t pop up often and I’ve found 2 in the last 10 days.

Couldn’t find anything on BO (starting to be the norm unfortunately) but was able to pick this little fella up elsewhere and it looks great!

Some fun Brady pickups this past weekend.
The Spectrum is #12/250 and the 2003 gold is numbered #002/499 (so close).
Got them all for a good deal I think.

It blows my mind how much $$$ some people gamble on cards. I remember a couple years ago someone spent $18k on a Trey Lance Nat. Treasures rookie autograph. I've also seen a Davis Mills Nat. Treasures rookie autograph sell for $6k. Obviously those cards are worth almost nothing today. I've always wondered what kind of people risk that much money on sports cards. Not sure if they are trust fund kids, people that work on Wall Street and make so much money they don't know what to do with it, or business owners that invest in these cards under their businesses so they have the opportunity to write off their losses.

And don't mind me, I'm not talking about anyone in this thread, I'm just thinking out loud lol

They think prospecting works in football.

Also, just think what the market would be like for HOFer and top WR's, RB's and defensive players if these clecturz actually looked for quality. It's almost as if the market would support consistent growth instead of massive degenerate losses, constantly. On the other hand, they say "collect what you like". Maybe they just enjoy losing a complete crap ton of money.
