So now 2 of my prospect PCs are on the Hawks lol.

I’m tempted to list a bunch of my Dyson stuff for a quick flip but also want to see what he looks like first

It's the Hawks. They will struggle to make the play-in tournament. If they do... they will play Celtics, Bucks, 76ers etc in first round and be lucky to win 1 game.

When are the Hawks ever relevant in the regular season?

If you can cash in now... do it.

Great deal for the Pels. The Lakers pick is looking risky by the day and Daniels might not have developed in NO.

The Hawks basically get 3 1st for Murray. That's about the same they gave up, not too bad of a trade.

Quinn Snyder was a great coach in Utah and Murray didn't fit with Trae. I think they should be better this year let Trae cook!

Atlanta radio is on fire because they think it’s headed towards a rebuild. Meaning Tre is probably next. How many of those picks the Spurs got for DJ?

Happy with the trade, Daniels was definitely a target and since Herb is untouchable definitely the best 1-3 defender we were going to get.

Now flip one of those 1sts and Cap for Claxton or a 1st and Hunter for J Allen and this offseason would be A grade.

I don't think the Hawks are rebuilding, they owe the Spurs two of their picks.

I think they are retooling. Build the team around Trae and see what's the ceiling. You figure it out this season, if it doesn't work out, trade Trae and rebuild.

yes they did, addition through subtraction by putting better defenders around Trae. Dejounte's defense fell apart when tasked with guarding bigger players, no shame in that but it didn't work and now finally the team is being more catered to what Quin Snyder likes.

Dyson posted a top 30 def EPM as a rookie... same percentile as Jrue.

the 4 names immediately around him in the same Def EPM % this past year: Ant, J Brown, KCP, Nembhard.

Hopefully he signs elsewhere, but nah that’s not going to happen. He’s going to get the max deal from the Lakers and make it hard to improve a so, so Laker team
