So much or an off day. Got a call last night from the store manager and the assistant. The assistant had to go to a wake today and asked if I would go in from 10-3 today. No big deal until one of the cashiers did a NCNS (no call no show). I was not going to leave the closing manager with only 1 cashier from 5 to close. The cashier normally takes a break. I stayed until 7:30 so the cashier could get his break. I am wiped out and have to be back in at 8 for 6 hours.

I know for most of you this would be no big deal, but I hit a metaphorical wall about 4:30 and did not feel like I got much done the last couple of hours I was on the floor.

We finally agreed to 6 am as our leave time. I took plenty of cash out of the safe to buy anything I might want at this show to sell on eBay. Depending on what's there, and the mood of dealers, I may try to do some table buyouts

Sucks getting up for work this early.

Granted that most of the time it seems like the shows are work and I am up early for the second day of those. I was asleep in the chair by 9 last night.
