I had a processing batch due yesterday, and COMC didn't get to 34 cards.

$10.20 in free processing! Woo-hoo!

I have had a couple people ask if these are the same cards I had at 90% off. They are not. None of these cards were listed when I was running my 80-90% off sales. I had marked them as not for sale because I didn't want to dump them for pennies. I sold all of the stuff that was I running at 90% off to one person. They transferred them out of my account all at once and gave me credit. I then went in and relisted all the cards that are currently up for sale now.

You must have sold a ton of cards today. Or sold some of your ports.

People are just picking through the ports so far. Have had a few minimum offers on Ports I declined. Looking for 30% of asking for the Ports.

Is the website frozen or not uploading for some reason? Inventory hasn't changed in a while and items show a price but when I click on them they have been sold out. Been like this for hours.

I don't blame you. It's not the first tI'm he's done it in here. And responding to you with 2 posts in a row, he knows what he's doing.

There is a section for it. I enjoy reading this thread for things other than multiple updates of sales and port sales someone is running.

Purchases were broken from 10am to around 1130 this morning in CT zone. I emailed them because I wanted to buy some cards from jimmertime and also wanted them to extend out all the sales that were running.

Are you focusing on flipping or purchasing other things?

I search for certain players, certain types of cards, etc. Good sellers adjust their inventory to reflect lower pricing or changes. I update my entire port about every two weeks, so sales stay pretty consistent.

They actually do half off. I have some that were due yesterday that just popped this morning, so they were discounted.

I'm really happy with my first experience using the "Current Year" Service.
Here are the details...

10 Items - Current Year Select - Due Date 10/2 - Finished processing on 9/28

100 Items - Current Year Basic - Due Date 10/25 - Already processed 76 of 100 items as of 10/5

I just had a basic submission miss by a day and two that have not closed out. I also have a regular Select submission due by today and it's less than half done. Maybe I'll get some more discounts.

I sent in around 100 Current Year and around 300 Basic

The Current Year hit a few days before deadline except a handful at the bell.

The Basic started dropping almost a month before the deadline!! I have about 85% up and still have 2.5 weeks to deadline. I was impressed (which is a new feeling for me)

Then, I ran a sale yesterday, and I couldn't search the site at all last night....and surprisingly I didn't sell much, so I assume I wasn't the only one unable to search...then I was depressed (which is a normal feeling)

It's like good/bad karma in a cycle.

Just don't get me started on the damaged cards.

Someone probably thought a corner looked dinged and reported it. COMC put the condition note in response.

Maybe someone resubmitted for processing from a damaged group and the second guy didn't find an issue. I've resubmitted returns and had them process with zero issues a number of times. It's the problem we run into when we have people with varying subjectivity deciding what is NrMint.

Who else is seeing lackluster October sales? I sold a few higher dollar cards last month so I expected sales might be off 15-20%, but month to date I am off over 60% in sales and that is with a 4 day sale that netted me a lusty $50. The end of September finished very strong for me so I am hoping for a repeat in the end of October.
