Not surprised this came from a Red Sox fan.

Judge must be getting them from the same untraceable lab Ortiz used for the rest of his career.

Absolute beast. On pace for 57 home runs right now. This would be the third time he hit 50+ home runs in a season.

To give this some historical context. The only person to have 50+ home runs three times in their career without being a known steroid junkie is Babe Ruth.

The others are McGwire, Sosa, and ARod. That's it.

Not sure what that pitcher was thinking. That was the juiciest meatball I've ever seen down the middle of the plate.

He is just a monster right now. I’d walk him every at bat.

Some of the “hater” takes earlier this year are just ridiculous.

A batter in a home run derby couldn't have asked for a better pitch to hit.

Really? Usually they're not 95 MPH heaters. More like 60.

Belt high heater right over the plate? If a batter could choose what pitch the pitcher threw, that one would probably be one of the top choices after a hanging curveball.

Trying to learn the Judge RC market because of FOMO! Anyone here collect both Judge and Ohtani. I am trying to compare the two markets to get a better feel for prices. Interestingly low end Judge and Ohtani RC sell for very similar prices. But once you get into SP, image variations, numbered cards, SSP, and autos Ohtani cards are way more expensive (at least 100% more). Any insights on why this is?

Very insightful!

My point was either Judge low end is overvalued or mid and high end Judge are undervalued by ratio...or the market is not very rational.

But even if you look at other comparisons...say Soto and Acuna. Judges SP, image variations and numbered cards are lower in comparison to those two.

Anyone with any insights?

Ok, age. Judge is an old man if you are gonna compare him to those 2.

However if you believe he will mash 60+ HRs for the next few years what does it matter. BUY

sean, since you dont own any Judge's yet now is the perfect time to stay away from the "low end" and pick up some sweet mid-range stuff and enjoy it!
