I think Crews has a ton of potential but you nailed it - no direction. I think they need to turn him into a Taz type. Just a mean, wrecking ball.

With the brand split they could do a best vs. best at Wrestlemania pitting AJ against Joe, or Balor if he's ready to come back. Hell, throw NXT in there as well.

i dont really think anybody is arguing that there isnt anyone else, aside from RAW match or NXT callup..other than Shane..we get that, or a least i do..

my problem is..AJ shouldnt just be left to..well "leftovers" on the Grandest Stage of them All! ESPECIALLY after the year long tear hes been on..

maybe it just goes back to showing how thin the roster has been stretched..i actually wouldnt have minded seeing a Miz/Styles match/feud...

they built up a little tension a couple times, when Miz was IC champ and Styles WH champ arguing about who was better/more important to company...and they had a few shots at each other leading up to EC

plus wouldve furthered Miz' rub and push into ME scene

Catching up right now... I didn't hate the tag matches. Ziggler/Crews/Kalisto was meh...

Orton/Harper was awesome! Harper is much more talented than he's gotten credit for. A lot of fans have been asking for this and both guys delivered huge. Even with Orton going over, it was a great push for Harper.

That women's title match was fun. Way better than Nikki/Natty. Alexa Bliss has to be praised for letting Naomi pace that match. Obviously much different of a title match than Bliss has ever had and she is showing she can go with anyone. Especially Naomi is the most athletic woman in the company but sometimes she's out of control. She handled it nicely here. Naomi has been marred by awful gimmicks and a HORRIBLE finisher so I was really glad to see her win with a moonsault and not the rear view

Honestly dude's had a phenomenal year. He doesn't need a title match at Mania, and if Cena isn't going to work him then no one else has a case for a feud except Shane. And they've been setting up the feud for a while.

There are a few things they could do for Mania still that does not include Shane but the one that most will want, is dependent on the tapings coming up for NXT.

Shinsuke Nakamura might be available for Orlando. Maybe Shane goes looking for a free agent to go against AJ, much like Regal did Sami for Takeover last year.

Honestly I think originally the plan was Cena vs. Styles in the final go between the 2.

I also think that Dean has been slated against Shane at Mania, look back to when the whole Ellsworth/Styles stuff was going down. He was annoying the piss out of Shane. Then I think they were going to do Renee and Dean vs. Miz and Maryse but that changed to Cena/Nikki.

Mania Card:
Miz/Maryse vs. Cena/Nikki
Bray vs. Randy (potentially vs. Harper as well)
Dean vs. Corbin
KO vs. Jericho (U.S. Title)
Bayley vs. Sasha vs. Charlotte vs. Nia
Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg
Undertaker vs. Roman Reigns
Triple H vs. Seth Rollins
The Andre Memorial Battle Royal
Cruiserweight Ladder match (I'm assuming this gets the ladder and IC title is 1-1)


That's 10 matches so far and that is without any tag titles on the line and without top guys like Samoa Joe, Sami Zayn, potentially Finn Balor and maybe even Shinsuke Nakamura

I honestly have ZERO incentive to watch RAW tonight.

Elimination Chamber was AWESOME. So hyped on that main event. Bray going over on Cena and then put on a very good closing with AJ made that a classic chamber.

Meanwhile, RAW WM big matches are an old Goldberg/Lesnar and Reigns/Taker. To which the ONLY Thing Reigns can do is wrestle well and Taker is awful in ring now. Reigns is gonna get crapped on and for once it won't be his fault. Jericho/KO may be able to save RAW at Mania cause Smackdown matches will blow them out of the water

Wasn't to impressed with alot of The Chamber match. And Bray winning was terrible to me, he's been mid card jobber for awhile and now he's thrown in the chamber and wins the title? Awful. Hope Orton wins it at Mania and feuds with AJ or something. Or hell somehow make it a 4way of Orton vs Bray vs Cena vs AJ. Would be better than the supposed plans they have for AJ or Cena

I am with you on this. I think Bray is a mid card jobber as well and has brought nothing of value to TV since their (Wyatt Family) feud with the Shield.

I hope he proves me wrong, as the belt never should have left AJ

In my opinion, him winning in the chamber was perfect! If he went 1 vs 1 it would have been less believable because he has mid card. In the chamber it was a wild card, any of them had a fighting shot

Also, even though he hasn't been main event he is still a draw and fans love his entrance. If not now...when? The only person who could have won was AJ. Cena has his plan, Miz would've only been good if Bryan was able to beat him. Corbin and Dean can feud for IC

What if Seth Rollins is a no go at WrestleMania and they somehow could swing Triple H vs. AJ Styles? Maybe have AJ Styles go nuts on Shane and take him out of commission and Stephanie/Vince is so upset that Triple H decides to take revenge for his brother-in-law. Would be better than an actual AJ vs. Shane match lol.

A- Shane is NOT and has NEVER been a wrestler....period. Hes a damn good stuntman/spot monkey..but thats all he is

B- Name me 1 good WRESTLING match Shane has ever had or been in?

C- Before you name last year WM match against UT...2 things..that wasnt a wrestling match per say, the only thing that made it watchable and passable were all the spots...

add in to that that UT is in his 50s, and is more of a slow paced brawler and not a wrestler at this stage, and a part timer if that..and it worked as a special attraction

AJ is in his prime as a WRESTLER, putting in most work work and quality 4-5 star matches since his WWE debut than anybody on the WWE roster...and you want to waste his WM "spot" to carry Shane?

only thing worse than that, was Styles 2 losses to Ellsworth

A true WRESTLING match has never been his style and never will. Styles vs Shane IF it happens would be a brawl.

This would be the best possible match-up for HHH if Rollins can't go, but the only problem is no one is buying HHH/Stephanie being upset that Shane is taken out.

He's been a mid-card "jobber" because that's all they've let him be!! As much as I like Orton, I hope Bray destroys him and is finally allowed to be the destructive force he was originally hyped up to be.

Bray's never been a mid-card guy though.

He's worked John Cena, Undertaker, Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan, The Shield, Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, New Day, Chris Jericho

I'm sure some others but that isn't really the mid-card. He's lost a lot of meaningful feuds but he's been presented as a top guy. Rusev is more mid-card jobber at the moment.

I think we get a Dusty Finish in the women's match. Sasha hits Charlotte when Bayley isn't looking and Bayley hits the Bayley to Belly to get the 3 count but another ref overturns the decision. Sasha turns on Bayley at Fast Lane after a tag match w/Bayley vs. Charlotte and Nia.
