I just got to work. Our events manager said "you don't look like you want to be here". I told her the truth is, there are more days lately that I don't want to be here than days that I want to be here. It's getting harder and harder for me to put all the BS I deal with aside and stay here for the kids.

This vacation I'm planning the 1st of August may give me time to get my mind right and make a decision on my future.

I was just subjected too a long rant on Teams by a disgruntled employee complaining about our company, pay cuts, job titles, etc. Clearly, he knows nothing about internal job titles vs hiring vs statement of work titles.

He's also lucky to even have a job. He was on the system administrator team taking care of account issues, computers in quarantine for not having updates, etc. and was forced out of there by the Government Lead because he had enough of his whining. He also insulted the Colonel in charge of all of us.
