I have not sent to BGS in 4-5 years. Sent a sub last month Sep 22 they received it (as per tracking number). I have heard nothing. Is this normal? Do they not send an email saying they received it?

Also emailed customer service last week and have not got a response.

If your credit card has been charged, that usually means they have received your cards.

They actually charged my CC when I was making out the submission form Sep 20. Then I shipped the cards to them.

Same boat. No email replies, no order number.

It took my order about a month to get entered. I think they enter the cards once they enter the grading process.

Edit: Just checked their system. My cards were entered in their system last week and the labels are being printed today.

is there any way to retrieve the submission form that i am supposed to package inside shipment? I can't find the email to print it out and would rather not go through the whole process of calling them being put on hold just to void the payment and do it again.

wtf. I sent a card, was delivered by USPS on the 3rd. never showed up in the system, then all of a sudden it's delivered to my doorstep today. Sent a different one last week, we'll see if it ever gets logged in the system or just going to show up at my house in 2 weeks

Sent in my first BGS sub since early 2021 with a large 100 card bulk order. Did the 10 card , 22$ sub grade special. Hoping they aren't grading too different than in the past. Still waiting for the price to drop a little more to send in some other cards, i've been holding. Some of my cheaper stuff is going elsewhere.

Did notice with the new system; they charged my CC up front; although payment is pending. Hopefully the changes they are making , make the process simpler and more transparent.

This has me legit worried.

WTF is wrong with this stupid ass company. Order entry a freaking joke. 20 card order email received 10/7/22. Order not populating in my orders section. Order lookup feature using the order number results in nothing. If these bastards just up and decide to ship this thing upon completion without any ability for me to track in advance with no notification. My graded mail if no signature required gets tossed in a mail room with 400 other tenets. 1 day of not checking and that box will be gone lol.

My BAS order shipped back to me yesterday. So just under 3 months door to door. Not too bad.

Also got a few cards auto graded and 1 card fully graded and all was 100% as expected.

Delivered on Tuesday, and got the received email on Thursday. This is a pretty tremendous improvement from the past. Customer service was pretty responsive the day of as well.

I dropped off over 800 cards to be graded this week at Beckett. They have a new location. Their new building…WOW!

I think we can all expect good things regarding Beckett in the near future. I know I’m excited to be grading large amounts of cards again.

Just placed my first order with Beckett...got to the end where it charged my card and told me to stay tuned for my confirmation email. Here it is a few hours later, no confirmation email with order #, yet my CC has been charged. Is this normal? Never submitted to them before, and am only doing this because the comps for this era card are all in BGS slabs.

Same thing happened to recently, the reason I didn't receive the confirmation email was because I had opted out of their marketing emails in the past. Had to reach out to their customer service and they manually pushed the confirmation email through.

Follow-up, it showed up the next morning. Not the end of the world, but a little irritating as I would have liked to have put sent it out right away. The system seems...archaic. The website itself seems improved over the last time I poked around, but the input of the cards is light years behind the experience of doing it for PSA and CSG. Here's to hoping they stick to the 10-20 day TAT that I paid for.

CSG had a special for October and then made it for the rest of the year. Grading companies need cards and prices will continue to drop with the hobby and economy suffering right now. I would assume those prices will stay the same for a while and will only continue to drop. I would not rush anything right now in fear of prices increasing. Prices will only drop for the next year.
