The show was better today, especially the last 2 hours. I made it all the way to the west end of Columbia SC. I am not far from Bigdogville. I drove through some heavy rain just north of Daytona Beach. This was just after I stopped at Buc-ee's for gas and a sandwich. I did not see any apple pies.

The hotel I am in now is awful. There is no way in hell I am showering here, not with the fungus (or whatever it is) in it. The room was nearly 90 degrees when I entered it, the smoke alarm is missing, there is a big hole in the bathroom door, etc. At least the refrigerator works. Normally I don't leave reviews on the Wyndham site. I will for this. I just hope there aren't any bed bugs.

I was in Apopka, just north of Orlando. This coming Friday-Sunday, I am going to be at the 350-400 table 3-day show in Raleigh at the State Fairgrounds.

The lemonade stand went good today. While we were setting up, my friend said “hey, here’s my keys, do you mind running to my house and grabbing the cups I forgot?”

My friend and his wife had jokes. I was getting the word out about the stand today and sent him a text about it. He said his wife told him he would go buy lemonade from my daughter. I told them they play around to much.

Tomorrow, the daughter starts acting/modeling classes about an hour away. She has to be there from 9-5, and I think I’m going to go with my friend to pick her up. She’s been wanting to go to CiCi’s pizza for some reason, so we might eat there on the way back.

That room sounds horrible. It reminds me of the time we slept in my wife’s suv because the hotel Merrill Lynch had recommended was right next to a bail bond place and the rooms and hotel were awful. After trying to find another hotel we gave up as there was some sports tournament in town and everything was booked and the 2 places we could’ve gotten a room wanted 600 dollars for the night. I told my wife and son we will just park in the Walmart parking lot get a few hours sleep and get the hell out of dodge.

Could have told you the hotels in Columbia are trash unless it’s near the South Carolina campus. Lots of illegal activities at hotels on the outskirts

You voluntarily stayed in Columbia? Did you bring a gun and body armor?

Yesterday was my granddaughter's 2nd birthday party and today is her party. Of course my wife already had to start chaos by getting into it with the middle SD about why she won't let the oldest SD come to the party. My wife just wont quit. No one wants a thief and a drug addict around their friends and friend's kids. She totally forgets the things we discussed years ago when we went to marriage counseling when the counselor told her it was OK for me not to want that SD in our house until she could prove she was clean and not committing crimes.

I didn't think I was going to get this far. I stopped for gas about 50 miles east of here and should have stopped there, but nooooo. I didn't even get something to eat last night and just had snacks. I will stop and find a place to get a decent breakfast when I leave.

I had no idea of the reputation. I now know better. At least my car fits in. It has no hubcaps and a few minor dents on the drives side. Hopefully it survived the night intact.

The #1 being that they sneak a ton on crap that's not needed into our lotions, soaps, aloes, etc.

#2: double check moms routes

#3: call it sooner. Uber will pick you up as long as you have phone signal and they can find you.

#4: advil and midol have proven to be tired best combination for pain so far.
