With the website issues of late, my sales have come to a screeching halt on there. Since 4/6 , a total of 5 sales for 1.34. Approx 2450 cards listed. Anyone else noticing anything similar or should I just chalk it up to people waiting on the spring cleaning sale?

Yeah I had one delivered on 3/31 and yet to have it checked in. I also nervous about it because it took a detour in Puerto Rico on it's way to Washington. I live in Virginia.

My submission was logged in 7 days (5 business days) after arriving at COMC.

I was corresponding with customer service before it was logged in and they said that they were running around a week behind on entering new submissions. They had a surge in submissions at the end of March due to the 30% off promotion.

Is anyone having issues with offers not showing up in the app? I see that I have an offer, am getting alerts, but can't actually see the offer. I have to log in on a desktop computer to see it.

Yes, and I can't seem to send counter offers either.

Edit...counter seems to work now.

Tried to transfer 3 cards from epack to comc about 18 hours ago, and it gave me a order number but none of the cards are in COMC yet. Is this just some website problem do I need to keep waiting or make a ticket? Have not had the issue previously.

edit: I created a ticket and support had it fixed in a few hours.

Is it possible that the seller marked it Not For Sale while it was in your cart, you never purchased it, and then recently marked it For Sale again?

I have seen that more than once. Most of the time at a higher price.

I just made a mistake and purchased a card I had. I do know members that would ask them to take it back. I have done that a couple of times WHEN they made a mistake in the labeling of it. This time just my mistake so I relisted it and come the sale end of month. I will reprice it in hopes to break even. I'm not a flipper so it is nothing worth flipping.

Random question that I feel like I should know the answer to. Occasionally, I will have a card that has been listed for awhile moved to "Not for sale" and needs to be priced and re-listed. The listing states what the last asking price was but it was pulled from sale without anything done on my end. Anyone know why this happens? I feel like I'm missing something but it's strange and occasionally happens to a card or two that's been listing for any time period (2 months, 2 years, etc.)

Interested in if anyone has a better answer for this, but at least for me when I notice it, I *think* the card was misidentified when it was initially priced and I'm guessing someone just happened to be looking at it and submitted a correction request, which kicked it back to Not for Sale once corrected.

I think that often it is an eBay buyer has committed to buy, but they either don't pay for a certain amount of time or the sale does not go through for whatever reason. I rarely see it, but often the card has been marked as "pending sale," and then turns up back in my inventory to reprice.

The Not for Sale thing is most likely due to mis-identification, as mentioned. Could be wrong condition bucket, could be wrong variation.

Feb ones…still nothing, as of April 16. I did notice comc quietly changed the due date from 2/27 for all those to 3/27, after the fact, recently.

My 86-87 Jordan Sticker that is massively miscut dropped and had no condition notes. Before pricing it, I self-reported the miscut. They instead called it trimmed and won't let me list it LOL

In my experience, once they've decided it's "trimmed", the card is cursed.

You might try sending it to grading. They'll list it if it's graded.
