Your chrome is not going to spike like that. Should of bought other cards if looking to flip. Didn't you just buy that? You had to of paid roughly 1400? After your eBay fees you'll break even. Sorry to say it but i don't see those going much higher unless they make it to the super bowl. Hard to buy those for 1400 and make money off of them rightnow. I see those being an iconic collector card but it will take time, i see those as long term cards if they don't win.

Yea, Cooks season was pretty underrated. He lost a ton of yards on pass interference calls. I bet he caused the most out of any WR. I think he would have had a huge year if Amendola hadn't of been injured.

I deel like if you own a Brady rookie right now, it’s very low risk/high reward to hold for another 3 weeks, no? Can’t imagine these drop much with a loss but they could spike even higher with a 6th Win.

I can't believe I was out bid on the momentum and limited had $2000 for limited and $1450 for the momentum and still lost lol. I'm giving up on those rightnow lol

I think you see some drop off if they lose. Maybe back to September levels? Long-term it's as safe a bet as you can get in this hobby.

I lost a momentum earlier in the week. They’re just getting way too expensive unfortunately. I’m left in the dust, wish I was hunting rookies years ago.

My only regret is buying so many high end, newer Brady cards instead of just buying Contenders. From 2013-2016 they were the same price (For Example: A Panini Auto Patch Brady vs BGS 9 Contenders were around 1200-2000 during this time). I remember thinking about just buying a Contenders a month but opted to get a bunch of different Brady cards. This was mostly because I never got into this to invest, it was more because he is my favorite player of all time. I obviously felt they would always be solid investments in terms of not losing me money, but looking at all of these cards that are the same price while Contenders is 5 times more valuable over the same period of time is tough to think about. Just happy to have the ones I do in the end.

My regret is not picking up a championship contender when they were about $2500-$3000.

Oh, and selling my BGS 10 Pristine SP Authentic... both of them...

i paid $175 for this

when i bought it, there were three others that could have been purchased, all under $200

if i would have bought all four, the card today would be worth $250

just saying. the coulda/shoulda/woulda game is not one COLLECTORS should play

The crazy thing is that I'm sure there were plenty of people that did collect him and a lot of them probably have no idea how much the cards have gone up in the last year or two. I have been buying from a lady that literally has monster boxes full of only Brady. Crazy
