I have said it before. COMC want out of selling the cheap cards. Period!!! Also just look at what they are asking you to send in.

I feel bad for the sellers and buyers now on COMC who just want to be collectors. Seller needs/wants .25 so you add the .50 processing fee and the .25 Handling fee and now the .25 small shipment fee. The buyer pays $1.25 (not counting the real shipping cost $5.99) and the sellers gets only .24. That is way different from what Tim started the company out to be.

Yes lot of the cheap cards do not have the .50 processing fee and the seller just wants to get rid of them and not looking for the .25 anymore, but you get the point.

The next question is? Why would you send in anything that may drop below $5.00

I mean it is the way the hobby is trending unfortunately

more money for less cards/services

I really do feel bad for kids these days. I don't know how they participate...

I think it's all temporary hand-wringing and everyone will forget about this shipping upcharge in a few months.

Last time I checked around 2 months ago they told me 5 to 10 days after delivery, but that was when they were running the 30% off promotion.

They def need to catch up on logging in submissions...

I think that is what you want to think - without being a negative nancy and objective COMC really has gone downhill this year...Sad because I've been one of their biggest champions the last 10 years but they keep forgetting what got them here in the first place.

Yeah I'm not sure how many are going to forget shipping going from $5 flat rate to $20 bulk in most cases

Sight search function is still hit or miss. I search "2021 prizm blue". 54 pages or so of search results for basketball. I try to click on page 3 and says no results. I exclude select, optic, mosaic, draft and nothing comes up. Getting frustrating.

Worked for me. Are you excluding by putting -select -optic -mosaic -draft in the filter (or main search field)?

I exclude in the filter part. Even with a regular search and no exclusions it’s been hit or miss. I searched 2021 blue Prizm with no exclusions and sometimes it would show no results.

Tried searching Caitlin Clark and it returns zero results and I'm using their suggested drop name search. So definitely not user error.

They did respond after a few days, submission is now showing up in the processing stage. You may need to contact them to get it moving along.

They COMC rep offered no response to the barely functioning website inquiry however.

When that happens to me, I click on refresh page in my browser and the results come up. I cannot speak to how it is if you are using your phone as I always use my laptop. Can someone else chime in on that?

Yeah, search engine is also returning search terms like "IS-99" with every card that has the number 99 in it. It's broken.

Auto payment didn’t go through for an eBay auction I won last night…more problems for COMC? Normally they go through in five minutes…going on 10 hours now.

I am having this same issue. Won 3 last night that haven't transferred. I went to Auctions Won and it still says auto-pay enabled. I tried clicking on the buttons to manually initiate the transfer for the specific cards and they just went to an error page.

Searches are hit or miss.

Autopay last night didn't process, would throw up error if tried manually. Same thing right now.

Tim and the (maybe) one other developer must be out of country on vacation.

For the amount of popularity and growth the site has seen, it seems to have failed to grow its back end and customer service much at all. No one in their right mind should have multiple day delays getting responded to as a seller. (I have dealt with CS maybe 3 times in 15 years so not my issue but it's a common theme here)

Just depressing to think of the "what if" vs what we're given. I love the site and it's just sad how much better it could be with a little more attention to customers. Some of the ideas thrown around couldn't be that hard to code and yet 10 years later....

Agreed. Love the site, but they keep repeatedly shooting themselves in the foot. I was making regular 100+ card monthly shipments as I sell locally. Went to ship my usual 100ish and "What?!!: why is shipping an extra $15 - with no explanation? Luckily, I found the reason here. So now I have to wait and build up a 500 card shipment for it to work $ wise. It seems like every years COMC chisels the users for a little more $ while having more problems.
