I e-mailed my rep about the cost of getting a card re-cased and this is her response:

$10/card for 60 business days turnaround and $25/card for 20-30 business days turnaround.

I thought there wasn’t an option to reslab anymore? Thought everything had to be graded again? Is that not true? I have a few with dirty inner sleeves that I’d like to get done.

Can anyone clarify what exactly estimated turnaround times are based on? Is it based on the date that they deem the cards received? Is it from the date when you get a confirmation email saying that the grading process has begun?

None of my orders show up in my profile anymore.

Two orders sent in after Thanksgiving, I did receive email notifations around Christmas that they were received.

One sent at the new year, no email.

And as mentioned, nothing ever populates my profile and nothing ever pops up in their tracker. CEO needs to stop working on dead NFTs and fix operations, the core element of every business.

Yeah, it's confusing and makes for a really choppy customer experience.

I've done the following to find my BGS orders:

1. Click on the hamburger menu at the top right of the site.
2. In the drop down, click on My BAS Orders
3. When you get to the BAS overview, hover on your name/account name in the upper right corner.
4. In the drop down menu click on My BGS orders

Once you make it through you should see your BGS orders. It's a workaround to get to their old front-end which clearly hasn't been integrated with their new one. The new one is a shell that sits over top of a legacy website, clearly.

I was told by my sales rep over email that TAT starts once Beckett receives the package. Also important to note that the TAT is in business days, not calendar days. But yeah other than that, their notification process is abysmal. I was told that I would get an Invoice ID when the package was officially in their hands and that I basically wouldn't get any more notifications until right before the package ships back to me. So far, that's been the case. My package was received on 12/1, I was given an Invoice ID but then crickets. I'm in the stated TAT window now but I figure I have another couple of weeks before I hear an update and then another week or two for them to finish up the slabs and ship them out.

It usually takes BGS a couple weeks to get the order logged into their system.

They've actually been sending me "received" emails (not logged/invoiced, just "received") within one week of confirmed delivery up until now, but good to know!

Ya, I have stuff that arrived mid December still have not been received yet. My Rep told me it is taking 2-3 weeks to check things in at the moment.

Would love some clarity on this as well. I have a card with what looks like a scratch on the inner sleeve. But not sure it’s worth taking the risk of they have to regrade. Shouldn’t in my opinion seen how it’s there fault to begin with

Only have dealt with PSA in the past. This is my first sub with BGS. Sent a 4 card order for Standard grading. It was delivered Friday(1/20) and reportedly signed for by a C. Fuentes. Typically how long until BGS acknowledges they have received the order?

Could be a week or two before BGS emails you that they received your cards

I just got my confirmation email after nearly 3 weeks (confirmed delivered 1/5, email today)
