Yep have been lucky to find in the wild and rip everything I find.

I am so glad I didnt pay flipper mark ups. This product is brutal. Even at msrp. Too many trash rookies and the card have many production issues.

I know what its like when you cant find product and get that FOMO/itch.

Just a warning do not buy of flippers for x3 plus. You will thank me later.

the problem is that of the 100 rookie checklist, there are only 8-10 you actually want. On top of that maybe 25% of the time when you hit one of those rookies is the card actually gem. tons of centering and surface issues.

Agree with this 100%. Had much more fun ripping Mosaic this year. With Mosaic retail, you have the chance at massive low #’d cards, autos, Genesis, and I like the silvers better too. Plus, variations of the stud rookies in their college unis are pretty cool.

Prizm retail is boring as ever. No chance at autos (besides mega), no #’d cards, and no big chase inserts like Genesis. The centering is rough, lots of dimples (mosaic has plenty too), and the checklist is atrocious after maybe 5-6 rookies.

With how much graded cards have taken off, I'm wondering the sample sizes for your stats? Probably too early to tell but it will be interesting to see the differences for 2020 vs past years. People just throwing any 2020 to BGS or PSA and hoping for the best might account for lower percentages of gems this year.

gem rate is now 13/36 or 36%. I see what you mean on those stats, but it is so dependent on what people send in. I suspect people are sending in 8's hoping for 10's due to centering primarily.

Yep, if I ever see them at the local Walmart or Target I'm grabbing some, but the last three weeks have been full of wasted trips. Can't call them either, they'll just tell you they are in but are gone by the time I get there. Got a few more days, but won't be paying flipper prices that's for sure.

So the gem rate is going up. I saw that with Mosaic football too. Seems like there is a fairly quick adjustment period and the first cards to be graded are scrutinized harder. Just my opinion.

I imagine this settles in the low 40s. And after scurrying Ebay for centered Prizm, if that's the case, that gem rate would surprise me a bit with centering being soooo poor. I could only ASSume they're being lenient with centering.

Nice RWB’s! Quickly becoming my favourite parallel for this set. One of the only things I’ve liked about the design this year is how well the design lends itself to the RWB look. No gradient, no barber poles. Solid.
