Do not get paralyzed by overthinking. Many smart people just in this tread alone over analyzed Top Shot and were wrong.

My opinion and strategy changes hourly due to the rapid changes of events happening every second.

Being out of TopShot for almost 3 days and so much has changed .

in my uneducated opinion, the Social Media influencers have rapped up their accumulation and now ready to "mention" TS more freely. This could only be the beginning. Being Honest, being straight and analytical about something this new and never seen before really does not mean anything with the new generation Z.

Throw your "charts" "trends" "stock moves" "cardboard" "history says" and all that stuff out the window. Just go with what is actually happening every second. It may not make any sense, but swimming against the flow is the worst thing you can do at this moment.

Pretty obvious plan. Website went down for maintenance and all this media exposure came out. I don’t really have a point but just found it funny. Should be an interesting evening.

Kind of feeling the same. I'm mostly in on S1 MGLEs that I think will slowly grow over time at the moment, but only a few moments in my portfolio that will really boom if the floodgates are truly about to open up.

That said, I am happy to buy through PayPal for anyone ready to dump if I can get some kind of confirmation that that isn't against TOS or a risk for having my account locked.

I sold something just the other day and received PP as payment. I gifted the card and basically all it said was that you were on your own if something screwy went down.

The wording was def geared towards people selling off site and it def said nothing about being against the TOS or that itd get your account locked. Just said your SOL as far as theyre concerned if it went sideways.

That's kind of what I've gathered but had also heard some unsubstantiated horror stories.

Once the dust settles from new packs, it is hard to make money. What happens is the value of the card is tied to serial numbers and many people don't realize it when they sell. I only buy when it is a lower serial number at a lower price. You can also manipulate the market to make an easy 10 bucks as well by buying cards around your serial numbers you own. Right now LeBron, Luka, Durant, etc... are insanely high and I don't see much more movement. Just people trying to move around their serial numbers. Giannis and Ja will be the next two players to make some money on if the marketplace ever opens back up...

Remember, you are technically stealing from TopShot by selling off-site. Which may or may not be a bad thing.

In my eyes, until they figure out the withdraw thing, they can’t be pissed at off site transactions. It’s their own darn fault.

Anyone else having trouble cancelling a sale of a listed item? I have about 30 moments all for sale and each one has a little red exclamation mark next to it and won’t let me cancel...I want to cancel and reprice a few higher, and some lower, but can’t. I also sold a Giannis today and the moment is still sitting in my collection but not ‘for sale’...
