I am holding onto my Giannis and Trae's until things start to go down. Right now the /7500 are much better purchase deals. The /15000 are way overpriced, but they said some will be LE.

Ya there are people in my discord complaining big time because their accounts have been banned for dealing off of TS. They had several thousands of dollars invested. They didn't run bots, they didn't create several accounts... just flat out banned for not trading/selling on TS.

This right here is how you know it's a ponzi. Layers and layers of skimming.

I really don't appreciate the misinformation that you add to this thread or your the accusations of me being a liar. If you don't like the product, that is fine, but please don't make accusations without knowing what you are talking about.

Dapper always planned to allow to take your moments off the flow blockchain and sell it however you wish.

From dapper directly:

So while the Dapper Flow account you created on Top Shot is the first custodial wallet on Flow, there are others that are currently in development thanks to our partner devs. This first version of Dapper Flow is very much a beta, but thanks to all the feedback we've been getting from everyone in the community, we are working on more features, such as being able to view your NFTs. Also, while Dapper Flow is custodial in the short term, those Flow NFTs will be transferable much earlier on. But, as development continues, we'll be announcing new features as they come!

Anyone can type anything in discord, does that make it true? Dapper doesn't ban people for doing off market deals. You're just spreading misinformation.

Hold on.

Are you guys saying that I can deposit a few bucks, get a pack, sell everything off the platform and they are OK with it?

That's a game changer. I had no idea they would allow this, now I'm interested.

Do you work for Dapper or TS? Seems like you do.

Why would people lie about being banned? I feel like you're really trying to blindly defend TS right now.

I'm glad someone affiliated with topshot is finally here to answer questions! What do you think about the following excerpt from the action network interview? Is it fair for the owner to have given himself a collection worth $5M at today's values? shouldn't those moments be in packs or otherwise returned to the community? Would it be agreeable if panini were to allow executives to open flawless fotl to ensure that the cards are printed correctly and to retain those cards as personal property?

From the action network article:
Other growing pains include pressure on Gharegozlou to answer questions about why he owns so many highlights that are now worth approximately $5 million on the open market. Gharegozlou responds by saying there’s no intention to deceive – his username is Roham. But he, as well as all the company executives, had to use the product in order to make sure it worked.

They DO NOT allow this. If they find out you are trading/selling off the marketplace, you are subject to being banned. Do some research and you'll see what's happening to several users.

I don't work for dapper, but I have been a collector since I started this thread. I am a referee on discord and I'd say I know quite a lot about the product.

I am always eager to help and answer questions on discord, so they asked for me to referee on discord. I am obviously invested in NBA top shot, you can check my profile anytime, there is total transparency here.

I think you are right...I saw the email after I posted above and now it makes perfect sense why I sold 14 common, series 2 moments all in the $5-10 range that I had sitting around for sale for weeks. It must be a bunch of people speculating (or with insider info) that these could go from CC to LE soon which would really cause their value to jump.

You know you are rephrasing what you said previously. You were initially saying that people were being banned for dealing off market, which isn't true.

It is possible that an off market transaction takes place and someone gets banned. For example, if a pack botter buys a lot of packs and then they sell them for ETH/BTC.

That wasn't the question.

The question was "have people been banned for transactions done off of the TS marketplace?"

It's a yes or no answer. I know the answer, you know the answer.

Thank God the owner and executives have been acquiring rare moments and racking up millions in valuation, I wouldn’t have tried the product without knowing the beta experience was running flawlessly thanks to the execs’ rigorous testing protocol

No, people are not banned for doing transactions off market. They are banned for other reasons unrelated to the fact that they are done off market, such as pack botters.

I can tell you with certainty that people have been banned for off market and they weren't botters.

Pretty crazy that a "referee/mod" is going to flat out lie about this.

Regardless of what they say, there are people on BO who know of members being banned for this.

Do you want to address the other questions asked above by other members as well?

That Giannis I had listed for 3 weeks did sell late last night. Now just wish I had a shot to get more packs.

That's basically where I'm at too. Unless things take a huge swing down, I'm stuck waiting for pack(s). I think there are only a few ways to make more funny money for someone like me going forward...

1. Packs
2. Pick up moments at a good price(I won't sit on site and look...)
3. Big price dip(Not sure if that'd even be a good thing as prices might not come back)

Option 1 really feels like the only good option to me. Haha.
