Hero ball killed MN in this one. But so did the sequence where Ja got 3 fouls called for him when he wasnt touched. Wolves were up 13 at that point and it killed the momentum.

Wolves have led in over 75% of the minutes in this series, yet lost it. Wolves were the better overall team, Grizzlies were the better closers. Wolves gotta figure out the DLo situation because he makes the ball stall more than he helps. There was a reason why us Wolves fans were begging to trade for a big at the deadline as well and this series shows exactly why

Wolves realistically should have won it 4-1. Some games the Wolves played poor down the stretch, some games the officiating aided the Grizzlies in the comeback (such as game 5).

I'd say that being a good closer is a requisite for being a good team

I didnt say Memphis wasnt good. I said the Wolves were the better team despite many factors against them. Look at the free throw differential throughout the series. It leaned heavily towards Memphis.

But the biggest thing is, the Wolves need a true 5 so KAT can play the 4. It will help with the boards. I wouldnt be against moving DLo. Also wouldnt be against moving our 1st round pick for another experienced vet. The Wolves should be back next year, likely as a 4 or 5 seed. This playoff experience is a part of the growing process and will benefit them next year
