No one has heard or seen the oldest SD since my wife and youngest SD called her to tell her to go to her Dad's house on Tuesdsay night when her grandmother died. They didn't actually tell her what happened and thought it would be best to do so when she arrived. She may have went to the house and saw a bunch of cars there and deduced what happened. She didn't go to work either yesterday.

We are probably going to get another COR complaint from the Government Service Desk lead if we can't figure out a schedule change to cover an employee who is doing his 2 weeks active duty. I'd like to go down there to Ft. Bragg and strangle my team lead as he's not working to help the situation.

This conference thing just gets better and better. The social tonight has a 70's theme with karaoke and a costume contest. We are grown, WTF does karaoke and a costume contest have to do with a professional conference?

The SDs really weren't that close except for the oldest one as she did live there with her Dad and the grandmother before moving out about 8 months ago with her one boyfriend and now living with my MIL in her house. I'm actually wondering what their reactions are going to be at the funeral. I guess I'll have to try and sneak that question into a conversation with my wife after it occurs.

My wife's reaction was interesting as when she first heard it, she cried. Then she said that woman was a total "female dog."

Learning some good stuff at this conference, if only we had the facilities other places do that host these programs. 30 gyms owned by county government? I have 0 gyms. Indoor aquatic facilities? We don’t have a pool at all. Summer camp programs teaching coding and other none athletic stuff, we don’t have indoor facilities of any kind. I text my director and told him thanks for letting me go, but I feel like we’re the poorest people here.

But, FT, Lexington county has a summer LEGO camp. You might want to sign up

They do have a nice gray over red color scheme for their fire trucks and their brush trucks are black. I wouldn't mind photographing more of them other than the few I've gotten at the SC Fire Rescue Conference.

My wife finally heard from the oldest SD. She actually never went to her Dad's house as requested and she never went to work yesterday. Instead she's been smoking pot for 2 days at her latest scumbag of a boyfriend's house.

My wife decided to tell her what happened and she lost it. Now, I'm waiting for the phone call saying she was fired from her job and probably OD'd again.
