Thats sort of crazy for a set of cards that hasn't been handled by anyone in the public. They are uncirculated cards and to not have a single PSA 10... crazy!

Yeah.., definitely QC issues with this set’s Metals. I still love them though.

Other inserts in the set are easier to 10. I sold this one within hours of it coming back from PSA in the same batch as the above Metals.





This set is the best nonsports value on ePack.

Here are some more slabs that came back this week. The have a bunch more in process but not slabbing too many lately since COMC has instituted a 6-week pause in shipping out cards for grading.

Love the Metals from this set. Have you gotten any 9's yet? I have seen you post them here and there, but haven't looked through the whole thread. I tossed around grabbing a Master Chief or two and sending them but it sure seems like a waste if I get 6's and 7's. 8's are probably = 9's, from the looks of it...and 9's are probably borderline 10's? An actual 10 will probably command a lot, if the character is right or the registry takes off(then, any character in a 10 would command a large premium). Cool cards though!

Yeah… I’ve gotten like a half dozen 9’s. It is a fun set. And one of the best values on ePack right now at $7.99 a pack.

I guess I could have looked back, just one page, to see a 9

I tried looking through a few Master Chiefs that have been on COMC over the last few months and besides the obvious centering issues(L/R mostly...T/B is kind of hard to judge), most "looked ok". But then I see you post yours and it could have been one of the ones I was looking at. Guessing that an Elite scan might show some of those issues, and with it being a metal set, the surface of the cards probably have all sorts of hard to see issues.

Agreed though, they are cool and probably have some long term "investment" value. Not a bad price on the wax either! To bad I am gone(and never coming back) to ePack

I wonder if the Hunter and Librarian were sent before they changed their centering rule? It looks like they'd have to be nearly perfect, beyond the obvious L/R centering issue, to be 9's. Same with the TAG. Guess I've never looked into what they say about centering, though. They could have lower standards
