A lot of the time it's just the sets and the quality level of the sets. Heck, sometimes even which part of the set. I think Baseball just has a lot more nicer sets to pick from.

Case in point on my Panini Classics hockey, those base autos are just beautiful cards in usually great condition. While the insert autos have some really bad edges and just are soft cards.

I think the chrome football card should grade as well as the baseball chrome -- but aside from technologies like that it's likely going to weigh toward baseball just because the manufacturers sink a proportional amount of money into them that they make off them. More revenue in baseball, more throughput, more quality control. Except for 2015 Tribute lol.

just saw the grade on my sole survivor and its a beauty, cant wait to have it back in hand, regardless of what happens with the 4 damaged cards Im still happy with my submission. Now its a waiting game hoping for some USPS insurance redemption.

Saw that some of my cards popped last March 24, 2015:

BGS9.5 = 7
BGS9.0 = 7
BGS8.5 = 1
DAMAGED = 3
NOT YET GRADED = 11 (includes 9 Tanaka BBM Japan Autographs)

Does anyone know if our cards will be finished grading this week?

It looks like pretty much everything is graded from what I can tell. I would be shocked if Mike doesn't have them in hand by the middle to end of next week.

Oh interesting, sound like neat cards. It might just be BGS' unfamiliarity with the product on their part ... I had never heard of these but then again I'm not serious enough to follow all releases.

All of their BBM cards say facsimile on them -- perhaps they had to check with the manufacturer to verify the existence of these cards being packed out? Anyway, hope it's just BGS crap instead of more damaged cards -- sorry to hear you took such a huge hit on the damage.

I nearly :eatit: as the base Panini Classics autos I submitted are SSPs that I need for a set. They are no joke hard to come by! Luckily none of them were damaged

has anyone ever filed a claim with usps?
if so how long is the process?
I filed our claim on 3/3/2015?????

I filed two claims with USPS, one in 2013 ($800 ebay) and another last year (180 ebay/direct). pm me if you want the details. My first claim took nearly two and half months, my second was much faster just 12 days.

I still can't find my Jackie Robinson 1/1 canvas collection 2014 and am wondering if it wasn't graded because the artist signed the back and I might not have counted it as an autographed card?

I know it wasn't damaged and I get a notification if something isn't slabbed
so it is graded but I cant tell you what it got
