My doc is apparently ahead of the curve, he doesn’t prescribe stuff that isn’t needed.

Yeah, but it’s always worth it. My brother and his family ended up not meeting us there. Mix of allergies and the kids not listening this morning. The three of us had a GREAT time. We did the zoo pictures thing where they take it in front of a green screen and make it into different scenes. I know it’s overpriced, but I ended up buying 2 her daughter wanted of just her and a picture of the 3 of us my friend wanted. Again she was going to pay for it and the concessions we bought and I still can’t let her spend her money when we go out.

We went to 2 malls after the zoo. First one was so her daughter could buy a pair of Jordan’s with her b-day money. She got the last pair of Black Cat Jordan 3’s in the mall. Second mall was the nicer mall. I passed on a pair of shoes I really liked. I figure 60 pairs of shoes is enough for 1 person. They did some shopping at Bath and Body Works. They kept asking me to smell stuff, it all smelled like the same fruity smell to me. We ate at the mall, I got Thai food, my friend got a Philly Cheesesteak, and her daughter got Popeyes.

Got some dirty looks at the nice mall from people. It’s more upscale and I guess some people still don’t like the interracial thing. I just smiled and waved at the people giving us dirty looks.

Sounds like a really fun day overall! People need to get over themselves. I think that smiling and waving is the best thing to do.

I literally greet every person I walk past. It really catches people off guard.

It was oldest JDs turn to pick where we got dinner from tonight. We typically try to support local business but he loves Noodle & Co. So, we are getting them.

While we were watching our granddaughter today I replaced the front brake pads on my D-I-L's Nissan Kicks.
Probably the easiest brake job I have ever done!

Remove one caliper bolt; pivot the caliper out of the way; decompress the piston with a c-clamp; pop out the old and install the new pads; reconnect the caliper and done.
Maybe 15 minutes a side.

Went to the park with the pond and ducks and saw where those giant gooses hang out.

Beautiful day here!

Heading home from the show this afternoon, my car said 92 degrees. The only good thing about that is that the high humidity hasn't kicked in yet.

The show was ok for me, but not great. Great crowd today though. No show next weekend, but shows the following 3 weekends.

I will be spending a bunch of time the next couple of weeks going through a bunch of my baseball and basketball inventory that I haven't looked at in least a year. I think I have about 20 rows of each sport of back stock. I want to get the majority of that ready to sell in the next few weeks. This does not count the 15 or 16 rows of basketball and 9 rows of football I have accumulated in the last year or so. Taking the rest of the night off and will start tomorrow.

If anybody happens to walk up with Maddy McDaniel stuff from McDonald’s AA, I’m buying pretty heavy. Already have multiple black autos /10 and red autos /5.

Thanks. I believe she’ll be good for us the next few years. She’s already getting more time in the tourney.
