Paying a HOA is the biggest waste of money in the world, even more than buying Charles Haley cards. Without a HOA I can do whatever I want and even get to bypass the township code office on occasion.

The only thing that got damaged was my empty bat case as it was on the floor where I hadn't put it up on the wall by the door yet. Water got inside the case and my guess is the felt back is destroyed.
