Lana's face looked bloated or something. I don't know if she had bad work done or what but she looked very different.

Also, I hope she has ring gear because she looked ridiculous in the dress.

I agree. Her face is too tan for her hair, which looks almost white.
But I dont think her hair is going to change anytime soon, as it looks like they're going with a blonde bombshell gimmick.

Looks like a female impersonator, if you ask me.

Well, to be fair, being the MITB holder is WAY more than just being a #1 contender. MITB is, in WWE logic, a virtual lock that you're going to be the champion whenever you want to be. It's far more important because you get to decide exactly when you want to cash in, as opposed to having a scheduled match that both parties are prepared for ahead of time.

I went to Smackdown last night...

While it was great to finally have something more than a house show in Rochester, the show itself was pretty mediocre.

They kept having technical difficulties with the entrances, promos were bad (Shane kept stumbling over himself) and too much time went to the women...

Nakamura was probably the most over, followed by Styles.
I met Styles earlier in the day at an autograph signing, pretty cool, busted my balls when my pen didn't work

The crowd was WAY behind Luke Harper, unfortunately he was stuck in an 8 man tag prior to Smackdown starting...
I hope WWE ends up doing something with him, he really is talented, especially for his size...

I think it was just her smiling throughout the segment, plus the new hairstyle.

Since it gets mentioned in here every time Raw gets a new record low, it's only fair to mention that Raw got a nice bump this week. Just under 3 million viewers this week, up from 2.6 last week. Now the question is, will they stay there and/or get another bump next week with an advertised Brock appearance?

I'd guess a bump in viewership with Brock's appearance, but that doesn't mean people will stay tuned for the whole show.

How dare you mention anything positive about Raw, or the WWE in general. I'm pretty sure it's against board rules to say anything positive about WWE.

im not sure what it is your babbling on about...because plenty of people have said good things about WWE or things we "think" they are doing right/we like...

Here's the teaser trailer for "sick" Nick Mondo's film, The Trade. It's a documentary about his life as a death match wrestler and what goes on in his mind. I saw the whole film at his Tokyo premiere (friend of mine) and loved it. Very powerful stuff that will have you laughing one minute and stunned the next.
