3.13 last night

Just had a woman come in our office wanting to rent a park shelter for next Friday. Well our policy is that a shelter can only be rented once during a weekend period and it was already rented for Saturday. This woman became irate about how she pays taxes and how if somebody wants to rent a shelter they should be able to no matter what. I just looked at her and asked if she was finished making a scene because I had other stuff to do.She stormed out saying how she is going to call somebody and tell them we are unfair.

Who created these monsters that think they are supposed to get their way?

In her defense, that is a stupid policy. Around here you can rent park pavillions anytime, as long as no one else has it rented at the same time.
