And another item I ordered online is delayed. It doesn’t say why or what’s going on, it just says delayed. That was five days ago.

After I sent my director an email yesterday afternoon saying I needed a one on one with him to discuss the future, he's been kissing it all morning. He's come to my office 3 times to "see if I need anything". It's been hey man, how you doing? You need anything? How's things going on the athletics side? We're ordering lunch today, you want something?

I hate fake people. Don't treat people like dirt and when they say they're wanting to meet about their future plans you switch you and act like your their best friend.

Say something akin to that and watch the reaction. Either that reaction or watch him scurry away.
