Does the above necessitate a 100+ page thread equivalent to burning someone at the stake? No, not without more evidence. You can lean one way in your opinions. But just don’t call people out till you have the data. Same can be said in the early stages of the pwcc stuff. Better to conclude late but correctly than conclude first but erroneously

It's bad form to post PMs, unless a threat is made or permission is given.

I've done it one time in over 4 years on Blowout, and that is when someone threatened to sue me to shut me up.

You have to start somewhere, it is also really easy to make larger margins on crappy cards. It also keeps eyeballs away.

Everyone would get crooked eye over seeing a large quantity of big name cards getting BL's on the regular, the entire premise of the BL would come into question and it would make people do what is being done in this thread, investigate.

Ha! I appreciate you doing the grunt work and finishing what I was unable to do. I have been way too busy the last few days and only lurking the thread offline.

The sheer quantity of the Acuña's in one submission should cause suspicion, but when they are labelled like that, it is as if they aren't even trying to hide that the grades were predetermined.

I’m sure I’m not the first to think this or even imply it but here’s my take on this situation. This is my opinion based on all the information in the thread. I think Joe leveraged his relationship with Beckett into a job at Leaf that increased the overall scale of the improper grading. I doubt Joe was submitting all these cards in his own and it would make sense to be backed by a company that makes cards. So it would make sense that Joe, BG, and Beckett (if they really do have the model of percentage guarantees) are all in this together and all think nothing will happen if no one talks. Unfortunately it will take something like a federal investigation to get people talking. Until then I hope Beckett has started cleaning up their act because it will definitely hit their bottom line.

Probably the closest legal loophole his advisers could think of to printing counterfeit money.

The FBI is involved in this bribery case against him. Maybe someone should tip them off to his grading company.
