Yes, I think the expectations are so sky high and his cards so expensive that it will be hard to get meaningful upward movement this year for most cards in the absence of a major personal achievement like 60 HRs.

Is 61 breaking any records? Anyways...So in summary...I made a statement in March about the then and near future price values...I used a popular card to track as a frame of reference....and now two months later I updated...and was right all along. Owned...B0ned...and Done. Bye bye.

Was reading this article about the "Messy Messi autograph" debacle, and one of the guys that received a probably fake Messi auto ultimately decided to have it replaced with autographs of 2 other players instead of waiting for a new Messi autograph:

Biggest takeaway was the obvious change in Topps direction regarding design/production in 2023.

2022 they clearly went all out and had some fantastic images and the year they introduced the Golden Mirror series it all went to sh!t.
