We never took the MIL to her boyfriends today. All of a sudden she had a doctor's appointment today and a special election for the auxiliary at the firehouse tomorrow. It's a good thing Mrs. FT buys her a huge paper calendar every year that she can write down all of her appointments on.

So instead, I meal prepped my lunches for the week, we went to Extreme Teriyaki and BJs, and I've been backing up my files from my computer to a new, bigger external hard drive so I always have all of my files on the computer and two hard drives in the safe.

When it's not parade time, I usually do them on the weekend. This one she had to move for some reason and it coincided with when FT JR was going. The next 3 appointments are scheduled during the week.

30-40 yogurts - these are just past their use by/sell by dates. (From a couple days to a week past date.) They were found in dumpster at a grocery store in Dennis. I’ve had several and they are good but too many for me.
Normally, I like to let posts simmer a bit for multiple offers, but I’m in Yarmouth this Monday evening and may be able to drop off on my drive back to Chatham or can coordinate in the future for Chatham pickup or mutual meetup.
I sometimes get grocery store donations or other rescued food. If posting answers here isn’t allowed, can people Direct message me if Are there any food pantries or community fridges that take items past the best by/sell by dates?

So earlier in the year she "rescued" a dog. At least that is what she told people. She told my wife she bought the dog from a breeder at a cost of almost $5k. The dog grew to 60 pounds and was a maniac. Would eat anything in the house and would terrorize her other dog.

The new dog. per her story, jumped against the storm door and got out and was hit and killed by an Amazon friver who drove away. Her street is about 200 feet long.

She is now posting pictures like she did when her F-buddy died and has already "rescued" another puppy she paid $3000 for.

She "rescued" this dog because her older dog who was traumatized by the dead dog is "sad"

I give it 5 month before one of these dogs is dead.

So this friend adopted a new dog.
Wanna know how I know?
Was heading out for dinner last Wednesday.
We were stopped at a light and there was a car behind me beeping the horn and flashing the lights.
Then I see a figure heading up to my door.

It's the friend. She wanted to show us her new puppy. We tell her we are going out to eat and she says she will follow us to the parking lot of the pub.

Now I had a shift that started at 5:30 that morning so the last things I wanted to do was interact with this window licking tw@t.

True to her word she follows us and pulls up next to us in her $80K SUV.

She grabs the dog and brings it over to us. Cute mix of Black mouthed cur and some hound. She's holding the dog and telling us how wonderful the dog is. Mind you it's about 30 degrees out and we want to eat.

She asks if we thing the pub would let her bring in the dog so she can have a beer with us.

I told her I didn't think so.

Mind you she was just coming back from picking up take out for her and a friend.

Now the REAL reason she wanted us to meet the dog. She needed someone to take her for the weekend. Sorry.....NO
