Good hit.
Betty Brant is also a significant character in peter Parkers early life, and should be a recurring character with a significantly larger role than liz allen in future movies. Oh and her husband becomes hobgoblin.

Wow, I didn't realize that was the same girl. She was terrific in "The Nice Guys" and will almost certainly be more prominently featured in the next movie.

I got my other two cases in the mail today. Just finished with the first. Still no Keaton

Did however pull a Single Booklet auto of Angourie Rice 22/100. It was in a penny sleeve, so I actually thought I had a puzzle sketch at first

Opening the other case now. Wish me luck. I WANT A KEATON AUTO FOR MY PC.

Good luck sir! At least you can recover some cost with that Angourie. What...$300+?

Welll........ Freaking Fantastic

3 Cases = 360 Packs

Michael Keaton Base Odds = 1:155 Packs

Keaton Base Autos Per 3 Cases Based Purely On Stated Odds = 2.32 Base Autos

My 3 Cases = Zero Michael Keaton Autos (Of Any Kind)

Me = Extremely Disappointed & Upset

That is horrible. Completely inexcusable for someone dropping money on three cases. Looking forward to the Infinity Wars set with only shop owner and flower stand girl autos as case hits.

I'm going to be a little mean now, I apologize in advance because he seems like a nice person.

UDMatt this set is garbage for the money. Guardians 2 was garbage for the money. Get a good checklist with the main stars or don't put the product out. Simple as that. This kind of junk is why I don't break cases outside of an occasional group one. Not worth it. Not talking value. I'm talking interest.

You want my money, start respecting your customer base.

Group A autos are 1:155 packs, but there are 3 total group A autos. So the odds on Keaton are 1:465 packs. So you had about a 75% chance of hitting a Keaton base auto.

I did not know that is how those odds read. I missed that some how.

Based on the few breaks I saw there appears to be around 1650 cases produced.

Red parallels fall approximately 12 per case: 100x199 = 19,900 / 12 = 1658
Blue parallels fall approximately 6 per case: 100x99 = 9,900 / 6 = 1650
Black parallels fall approximately 3 per case: 100x49 = 4,900 /3 = 1633

So after seeing all of the breaks and I have to agree that the single autograph design is horrible, I decided to just pick up a Keaton auto booklet. A little better on the design, but still not the best. Thanks to ebay's 8% ebay bucks deal last week, managed to get one for $368. Guess that will be my one purchase from this set. So disappointed, could have been a nice set

Pretty sure UDMatt said in one of the threads that pretty much everything should be expected to go to ePack. I assume that's only nonsports as UD doesn't put their best hockey products on ePack (SP Authentic, Ice, and the Cup).

Doesn't necessarily mean 1650 physical cases, but we will never know the split between physical and epack.

The problem is at the MSRP there is absolutely no meat on the bones for gambling when the only real hit is Keaton.

Won't matter. Worst case, it's like Dr. Strange, which pretty much sucked on ePack. And even then, people still gambled for Cumberbatch.

The thing I'm consistently disappointed in with UD entertainment products is the bs wardrobes that are just materials. Nothing screen worn makes the relics a total bore to me. I'm happy that they at least don't try to mislead people into thinking they are with some bs Topps guarantee.

Don't they say something to the effect of "used in the production of the movie"? Couldn't that mean screen worn?

Don't you know how much work it is to cut up imaginary CGI clothing?! Show some respect. :P

No no I know I'm just saying unless I missed something, they haven't come out and said "no these are not screen worn" have they?

The Thor dark world set had a mixture. The earth character costumes were screen worn and the hero costumes were labeled as "production used"

Ah interesting, so really it could mean anything. Pre-production, stunt team, prepared by art department but unused...

Still though, even used in some capacity of the production is interesting to me.

I have gone through 3 cases, NONE of the Spider-Man red swatches had any black web lines on them. Given the fact that on the costume, all the red is covered in them, you would think they would be found on plenty of the swatches.

Could they be from the pre-web black line costume though (Ski mask and hoodie)?

I really don't have a dog in this race as I don't plan on buying a ton of it, I just think its an interesting discussion.

I guess that production used just means UD got left over material from the wardrobe dept. IIRC, the earth character costumes from Thor were certified as screen worn by the actor. It's cheaper for UD to buy Portman's screen worn blouse than it is to buy Hemsworth's screen worn cape I imagine

I've never heard anyone ever confirm anything when it comes to that. I've only read a consistent assumption that UD's relics are materials used in production, which I've never seen a single reason to doubt as meaning non-screen worn. Maybe UD Matt can confirm one way or the other?
