I could be wrong but I thought that the original concept for the Moment of the Week cards were going to be "moments" that Topps didn't do a TN card? Acuna, Albies and Cole all had cards this week! Bart did too, but at least this card being voted on is for the 241 wins/most active. Am I remembering that wrong or did they just change their minds on what this program means?

I remember this as well, and I also recall thinking that was a borderline absurd 'condition' for the concept.
So the "MOW" is going to be so good that it will win the most votes, but at the same time it will be something that didn't actually deserve a card when it happened?...

Yeah, although both of these topics were discussed at the summit, I don't think they intended to ONLY do moments that didn't already have a card. They had some examples of photos they couldn't get rights to within a short timeframe which would be good candidates for MOW, but ultimately I think they meant for it to be the best moments regardless.

I'm happy to see just 830 copies but really thought with the traction of the program and it also being an RC it would have been higher.
