They also provided pics of the single auto of Cavill, Aflleck, Mamoa, and Miller.

Agreed. Even if it is one main auto or Dual per case the other 5 are likely going to be average at best. At $1400-1500 retail per case, the sketches are going to have to add a lot of value to this so hopefully the majority of them are sell sheet quality. The STR PWR cards look fantastic imo and will be fun to chase. Having said all this, at cost, I’m on the fence but will probably grab a case or 2. We did well with Outlander but this is a completely different audience.

Outlander was 6 packs at around $250 street price for a box at release. Wardrobes and even the lower numbered parallels sold really well for me. I've had the same person come back and buy cards from me each week.

This is 6 packs but with sketches in essence replacing wardrobes. Sketch value has most certainly decreased in sell value over time bc there are so many. And with how unpopular the DC movies have been, I only forsee Affleck and Gadot autos getting box value back with a chance of Mamoa and Cavill at release.

This will be tough to price out if it is more than the Outlander CZX a box.

High end non sports is an entirely different beast. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest to see some eye opening sales of some of those STR PWR parallels, especially Ledger. The 'on average' wording would indicate the possibility of an extra sketch/auto per case, too. Either way, cannot wait to see this.

Outlander CZX is 6 packs per box, isn't it.

Sorry .. yes ... they had a lenticular, numbered, star power, auto, relic and a mystery 6th hit.

I did a case of the CZX Outlander and plan on getting a case of this (but mainly depending on presale price)

I bought 2 of those cases. Probably overpaid but I don’t have the connections some of y’all have and there was no way I was missing out on this set. I’m one of probably 6 people that think the Snyder films (minus Josstice League) are masterpieces so to finally have a trading card set is truly spectacular for me. I’m gonna have fun opening these! Just looking at the sample chase sets with DC film characters from Suicide Squad and Dark Knight Rises even gets me excited! This set is something else and I can’t fricken wait!

pre order pricing looks like $214.50 per box, direct distribution.

if those are 6 box cases then that's $1287

$1470 per case from a online distributor is actually a very good deal I feel like, as direct distribution is most likely very allocated.

Probably worth it for a shot at a Gadot auto. I could easily see that being a 1k+ card, considering what Emilia Clarke GoT autos go for...

Arguably the most iconic female superhero of all time, played by one of the most beautiful women in the world. What’s not to like here?

I would guess there is some pent up demand for DC Movie sketches, especially since they can use likenesses. I am liking the look at this set. Maybe I am wrong. I enjoyed the DC movies - probably more than the average marvel movie. Justice League was kinda blah but whatever,

Definitely not. I doubt they put it on their site.

Grrrr... I never used comc credit before, thought I could use it immediately, didn't know I had to request and wait for approval.
Hoping to get a box.

Good move here, I dont think you will see this price at the release date, or maybe even ever again. The store I often go told me their distributor is putting allocation on this one due to the huge volume on preorder, at 1:1 with bombshells. Alot of breakers from sports section is going to break this product, 1500 a case for a good chance to hit those big names is dirt cheap to them

i don't think so, i would say more in the $600-700 range. tom holland's Upper deck signed cards sell between 400-600 at the height of endgame and far from home. chris evans sells for 600-700. i would expect those kind of prices rather than what clarke was selling for. there's a lot more game of thrones fans than there are dc movie/wonder woman fans.

I'll have 10 Artist Proof Cards: I have the following completed for purchase - Harley Quinn(Robbie), Wonder Woman(Gadot), Superman(Cavill), Joker(Ledger), Rorschach and Bale Batman Begins Poster Recreation with 4 open for commissions. $250 each plus shipping. They're in a new style and I think everyone will be into them

Both men. Women's cards always sell for more than men. (excluding the usual gigantic names). And Gadot/Wonder Woman has a lot more fans than the standard DC movie universe. I could see the first couple sell for more than 1K pretty easily. I mean Supergirl's autos were selling for $500-$600 when they first came out, and Gadot is a bigger celebrity/bigger role than Benoit.
