#61 is first, but he had a #113 autograph in regular bowman? Then they used the same picture as his prospect autograph for a second chrome base prospect card in 2010 bowman chrome?

I find Cole and Judge to be entirely dislikable. Both "men" outed themselves as having very low character, with the way they handled their respective big press conference moments. As to the rest of the team, where to begin? Rizzo and Donaldson were premium players— several years ago. Gallo is an abomination of a hitter. Their SS is a mere fill-in. They have no place to play DJ, who has the best approach at the plate of them all. They have no #2 in the rotation behind Mr. Sticky Stuff, no disrespect to the very solid #3 Monty and gritty Nestor (two actually likable players).

End of the day, it is just nowhere near a Championship Roster— and for the brass to try and sell it to the fans as such is simply a brazen insult to our intelligence. Much in the same way the brass asks fans to kick the can or shift the goal posts and defer hope to the looming Volpe era. That is nothing but a spin job to take expectations and eyes off of their failures in the present, and it's also unfair to a kid that has really only had one good year in the low minors. Fans need to see the Yankee PR machine at work, when it comes to that machine trying so hard to get us all to parrot the company line about Volpe— as if Volpe somehow prohibited them from making a win-now move for a team whose window opened in 2017. The fact is that Cashman and Hal have failed to do anything in that window; Volpe has nothing to do with the team whose window opened in 2017, and at best the kid MAY figure into the next window.

Randy Levine will go on the radio and talk about how much they care about the fans, then sell all the wpix local broadcast games to amazon. Its been a really unlikeable organization ever since they built that concrete monstrosity with the moat.

Judge misread his negotiation and will not get a penny more than he was offered. And saying "I'll talk to 30 teams" just tarnishes his image, it won't help his cause.

He's like everyone else. It's all about the $$$$$. His "lifelong Yankee" talk is nothing but BS. His annoyance with Cashman releasing the $ amount that the Yanks offered, and he turned down, only makes me believe it even more. The more I listen to him the smugger he sounds.

Yeah really disappointed in him. I think that was the best deal he was going to get anywhere and if he really wanted to be a "Yankee for life," he should have jumped all over it.
