Totally agree, it's cool, it's not your fault. Does suck but seems like USPS is the problem in this loop. So, for my future shipping needs, have you clarified with UPS how they would have handled this situation?

I have not as I haven't been assigned a representative yet, but it will be my first question and I will have about 15 separate questions on how it works
"IF" they do not cover ball cards I will stop these submissions as it isn't worth someone losing their collection over. We dodged a bullet by the nonauto box with a few autos In it got damaged. I know alcmax had 29 yu darvish and tanaka, and katouh 1/1's that were sent and it makes me sick to think "what if those were damaged" as right now I don't think you get anything out of usps as I spent a TON of time and effort and after 40 days got turned down as my effort of providing 3 pictured per card, a description of each card, a link to the same card, one like it, or the original receipt of purchase wasn't good enuf????? that's when I said then what is good enuf
