Aaron Judge pounded a 115.3 mph ground ball *the other way* for a 1B. His 15th 115+ mph base hit ...no one else has more than 3

Yes, very specious and myopic reasoning to only look at HRs in a small snapshot of time. The monthly breakdowns for Judge thus far this season are incredibly consistent— and consistency is the mark of excellence.

That was a tough AB. That 2-1 pitch was a terrible call.

Never understood how a defect is worth more in anything... so you buy a new car from the dealer and the transmission is missing... worth more? Nope it's a lemon... SMH

So pumped to add these two to the mix!
Only 3 flip stocks left in the wild now. Need some Gold/5's and that Super. Also, some 'Then & Now' action: |

LULZ... what earth are you talking about? $735 is still pricey, might be down from the highest point, but still big money... and I got in during the runaway and still paid less than that so it's all good.

Yeah, $735 for a raw card is pretty legit. I'm a very active collector yet just can't bring myself to bid on expensive raw card, just too much chance for a ding or dimple that a scan doesn't pick up. I think to be safe one has to expect raw will grade out 9/mint, and anything more is gravy. So those raw sales are not bringing all bidders to the party, so to speak. I'd rather pay a heftier premium for certainty slabbed.

Have not seen any of the golds or the yellow backs, and only came across one graded blue border thus far. Part of the mystique of those Heritage rarities is who knows if a flip stock or gray back or yellow back is hiding in some kids' common box already, getting dinged or just unnoticed. Like you, I'm always looking for graded red autos— I think the days of finding them under 3k might have passed. Hopefully some flippers out there wanna cash out now. |

Good eye. Funny, saw the same thing; I usually stay away from raw but thought it may have been slipping through the cyber-cracks, with people away on vacation for the holiday. Saw the weak corner and was bummed.
