Not rare at all...just some of my favorite 90's inserts. The Power Alley is by far one of my favorite 90's inserts. It'd be nice if Topps picked up their insert game...Donruss, UD, Fleer, etc. crushed them when it came to it IMO. With as much revenue as they're generating, they need to pick it up a bit in the insert category because it's trash nowadays.

No clue of the print run on these, but it can't be too high. This isn't in the best shape and the price I paid definitely reflects that.
