Bucks are the only top 5 team in either conference with a losing road record. They feel like fool's gold. That won't play in the playoffs, especially if they aren't gonna have home court advantage in a single series.

They're probably one of the non-top tier teams that could best play spoiler, though. Not win it all, but just upset a top team in the 2nd or third round if things matched up that way. Them, the Nuggets, and the Lakers.


I just don't see teams like the Knicks, Grizzlies, or Rockets being able to beat a top 3 team.

Giannis had a good game and came out ready to play, it was obvious. And yet he still is obviously not in Joker's tier.

Bummer about Embiid missing the rest of the regular season. Hope he can come back full strength but it's not looking good.

Embiid out for the season is the least surprising news I've ever heard. Sixers are screwed. Should have traded him last off season, could have got the deal the Wolves got for KAT. Now he's untradeable.

Who else of the older veterans has been a surprise this year? I mean I know Jokic and LeBron are the ones everyone talks about, but no one really doubted their drive and talent either. Dame has his own recent thread now and I know the Bucks have been on a heater, is he orchestrating?

I don’t think there is anyone in the league that pushes off more then Tatum, and never gets called for offensive fouls. Absolutely ridiculous….Kobe Bryant would be embarrassed

In the modern NBA, there is no such thing as a safe lead....we just saw the Thunder blow a 16-point lead on Monday with less than four minutes left, after all.

And multiple teams have blown 20+ point leads this year alone....

Too many teams only know how to play one way (i.e. to set up 3-pt opportunities), and have no idea how to protect a lead.

In the 80's/90's/00's, a 15-point deficit was pretty much insurmountable.

I just get a laugh out of the people who don't think that assessment is good enough. I just have way to much respect for the game to already put him at a point where he's compared to LeBron, Magic, Larry, Wilt, Kareem, and other guys who make up that top 5 argument. The fact that people are trying to skip the Jokic, Curry, Giannis rung and immediately compare him to the top 5 guys is silly to me.

As for inventory, with all the 2018 Wax I'm sitting on, there's really no top tier basketball players I have more riding on than Luka (unless you count SGA since he's in the same release, but he's not in the hobby tier). If anything, my collection is over indexed in Luka and under indexed in LeBron.

His card prices don't even reflect that. He's cheaper than Giannis and Jokic Prizms.

The top 10 is getting pretty crowded these days.

It almost needs to go to top 5 of each decade. So many great players.

These and next seasons Playoffs will tell us a lot.

Bron is by far the best buy in the card game right now.
