Acuna vs Soto?

The answer was always Soto. Some just didn’t believe.

~ You must have missed the title of the thread.

Soto has been in regression mode the last couple seasons. Acuna is closing in on an MVP and I expect to continue to get better. I don’t expect Soto get get any better.

Injury wise Soto has been very lucky, he seems to be injury resistant which really helps during ones career.

He's still only 25. It's not normal for early-to-mid 20-year-old position players to get injured and miss chunks of seasons. Even injury prone Mike Trout was very durable during that age range -- he played in 98% of his teams games in between his age 20 and 25 seasons (771 of 788 Angels games)!

Not saying it’s normal or not normal but it happens.

I will say Soto and Acuna play the game differently due to their abilities.

This is true and makes Soto less injury prone.

I'm thankful for him not being Eloy'esque in the field.

Man I forgot how great looking of a card that is. I love the way his jersey looks in front of them colors. That’s just a wicked card.
