Sadly the Nba is getting worse each year with complaining. Luka is becoming horrible and is Tatum.

Whilst the East isn't as pathetic as it was through the 2000s, you can have a losing record and be 6th! Currently the 1st losing record out West is 12th!

Come on Silver, change the Playoff structure.

That's a little unfair. There's only 1 game difference between the 6th and the 12th in the West, it's extremely early in the season to see a difference to teams in the bottom playoff bracket.

Yeah perfect example, my Atlanta Hawks - I love em to the death but they are an undeservedly 6th seed. At 11-12.
The East is just not very good this year. It's extremely top heavy. Yes there are good teams in the East, but the East at large isn't very good this year.

How many games has Miami played with all three of Herro, Jimmy, and Bam? Like 4-5?

It seems like Orlando has been starting Vucevic + 2nd/3rd string for a good portion of their games too.

Toronto had a horrific start but is turning it on now... I think it'll even out some.

Yep

I guess it could've been worse, but considering all the injuries, sitting at 11-12 isn't too bad. A lot of new rotation pieces this year and with no games at full health I think they're doing pretty good.

But you can tell the difference just by watching the teams play.

Dallas (10-14, 14th place in the West) is a better team than probably any team in the East outside the top four.

GS, Minny, DAL, MEM, POR have all had significant injuries. And HOU lost their Superstar.

The East is weak and it will stay that way. Just like every season.

Eh, kinda different... Klay is out for the season, but GS had time to find a replacement as best they could. Minny wasn't gonna make noise either way. Memphis' boy JJJ was already out and we know this isn't their year yet.

Harden never had plans to seriously play for Houston this year and we all knew it before the season began as well.

All those are less shocking than Miami, who went to the Finals - and then Toronto's shaky start... and Orlando was likely going to compete for a playoff spot even without Isaac, but then Fultz went down too.

Anyway, kinda surprised nobody is talking about AD's tendonosis. That's potentially major.
