Look closely at other people's comments. Don't infer that the blowhards represent everyone.

There are various flows on forums and people like you step in and break that up. We each have our niche and status, gotta respect it. Big difference between healthy ragging, my player/team having a big night, and repetitive harping.

Who do you follow? What player or team gets you excited? I don't even know.

How about YOU look closely at other people's comments and realise that MULTIPLE people are sick of your crap! You also said you were leaving this thread and MULTIPLE people were happy about that.

The thing is, some of your posts are completely fine and welcomed, but you just have to go too far with other stuff...

You said you were leaving the hobby multiple times and yet here you are…

Funny that you’d try and call someone else out for that.

And let’s go ahead and call your next response about “stalking”. And go…

What does me leaving the HOBBY (you know, collecting cards) have to do with me still following the SPORT and wanting to read about/discuss that..?!?

Yeah, and how much have I been around the past six months or whatever? The season is now in full swing and rather than get to enjoy this thread there's one clown continually inserting a player nobody but him likes (when he's already got his own thread about him) and ruining it for MULTIPLE people... But sure, this is completely my issue only...

Whoah there hairy angry feller. There wouldn't be much of an issue if people didn't constantly overexcite.

Notice I am not even talking today's surprisingly competitive game. Don't feel like the hassle of having anything I say reduced to a flame.

Wolves win. Nice to beat a team that is at full strength.

It was a nice win but the Clippers weren't at full strength - Zu was out and that is big.

Zu has been a beast and anchors the D. You could see how badly the Clippers offense strugged at the start of the 1st and 3rd quarters because he is Hardens pick n roll partner and feeding him early and often in these frames is part of their gameplan.

Good, entertaining hard fought game though. Clippers battled back but full credit for sinking clutch free throws after airmailing them in the 1st half.

Antman is a joy to watch, that reverse and1 was nasty

wow. what a bunch of whiners.

I mean it's hard to carry 90 percent losses as a hobby, much less an industry, and move forward, but live with it. Don't take it out on others.

My values on the single pick I made have at least held solid, but I also have sacrificed and scrimped and saved for the past two years, because as it turned out some non-sports cards opportunities turned sour and I had invested too much in a dream. But I gritted my teeth, as his talent grew and emerged, and watching the NBA and rooting for my investment kept me sane and focused on the upward. It is a life changing amount of money to me, if the Pacers exceed expectations and Nesmith is recognized as the second man on the team.

I understand it comes off a little insensitive expressing joy, of conveying the visceral impact of the game in prose, when the prices of herd picks are/could soon be tanking, but get over it, dust yourself off, watch some games, and base picks not on who the masses say will be generational.

Go get some Jalen Johnson, or Obi Toppen, or Desmond Bane, or Andrew Nembhard (he was surprisingly effective as starting PG against Denver) if you think there is some value to be had and it will fulfill the inner collecting gene. Don't fixate on bringing others down.

I personally think that minor players are going to hold more long term value moving forward because the hobby has changed. The extreme cost of breaks and sought-after cards of even low level rookies got a chain reaction moving. It's good to have a more diverse ecosystem moving forward. Investors all around the world who would like to move, trade, and sell all kinds of product profitably must recognize that.

Real estate on a forum is free but it is not unearned. No one is reading posts by themselves here. It's surprisingly hard to become a member, there are no bots or purchased eyeballs. If a thread gets consistent reads it's because people are interested to read. Build up a thread with 20,000 views and come back.

You guys should try an NBA version of the Brock Purdy 2.0 thread.

The amount of paragraphs are impressive considering you didn't actually say anything that mattered...

Embiid with a casual 41 in the win.

Silver is an idiot for having him and Jokic play each other both on the back end of a b2b. Jesus man just hire somebody to look at that when the schedule is made.

Man, Giannis and now Zion (and now Randle) free throw shooting costing teams games.

Nice to see Hardaway Jr. and Kyrie come through without Luka. Fire.

Wembanyama is in a class by himself. He would be even more ridiculous if he lay off the 3's. Sorry Chet, you're really good and all, congrats on second fiddle this year. And Trae Young needs a new hair stylist, like bad.

If the season ended today Chet has to be ROY.

With Wemby, it's been highlight, after highlight, after highlight, after highlight, after highlight ... after highlight. Have you watched this guy ? I haven't seen so many Wow! moments in a long time, maybe ever.

Yep, I've watched plenty of both. He more than likely (assuming both remain heathy) is the better player, but there is nothing to suggest he should be ROY over Chet this year based on both players numbers. Highlights are great but Chet has been the better player.
