I hope not, I took the Dubs at -1. Am hoping they'd make good calls this game since many will be watching the refs more closely.
You would think. But can’t ever trust the NBA. Memphis has been the beneficiary of extremely generous officiating since game 1 of the Minnesota series.

I wish the refs would do what it takes to get Dallas a win in Phoenix. I'll put in a call and see if Scott Foster can be assigned next game.

Yeah, I’m not sure why the league would rig games for Memphis.

In terms of star appeal, JA is not even in the same stratosphere while Curry remains as the association’s biggest draw.

I have no feel for the Celtics/Bucks game. It's really hard to see Boston shoot that poorly again. I think it's a Celtics win if the Bucks are sitting at 100 points and Giannis plays facilitator again. The 2 for 14 from three second half seems closer to the median than their 10 for 20 first

It's a big blow if Bane is banged up. Brooks could easily shoot them out of the series, he needs to find some confidence fast if Bane isn't Bane

Very true.

I only watched some of the Minnesota-Memphis game but didn't pay close enough attention to the calls.

Hopefully, we get a fairly called game.

50 3 point attempts (18 made), that means your team cannot get past the defense. Try harder.

It is confusing until you consider how hard the league has been pushing the Ja narrative this entire season. He’s a guard who has insane moves and can dunk the hell out of the ball. He’s the perfect next face of the NBA.

And that's the problem in a nutshell....both are inconsistent players who can be great one night and disappear the next.

The Celtics have zero chance in a game if their two stars are held under 50 points combined.

Celtics 5 point favorites.

Vegas expecting them to bounce back despite Smart being questionable with a quad contusion.

yep, losing Bane for even 1 game would hurt. Melton, Jones, and Brooks would have to step up.

I don't get that though, he's basically non existent with fan interactions and just ignores all autograph requests unless it involves him getting paid for an appearance. You won't see some feel good video of him taking the time to talk to a little kid. Ja is all about Ja. My buddy who is a big autograph guy and has season tickets to Grizzlies said Curry, Lillard, Luka and Donovan Mitchell are by far the best superstars to the fans interacting and signing autographs and that Ja just ignores everyone. I get that he is a great player and plays an exciting brand of basketball but they could find a more fan-friendly face of the game I'd think.

One of the most laughable smears I've seen. Its just Krals pathetic attempt to discredit Ja anyway he can. First it was the Memphis is better without him, now its 'they' are rigging games for Memphis. There will be more... I see right through it.

Its pretty sad how people with big mouths and little wherewithal feel threatened by players because of their own selfish interests. So they tear down, and discredit by all means.

You are starting to see this alot now with Ja Morant.

There is no way that he doesn't play tonight, right? Sounds like a combination on gamesmanship and trying to get the team and crowd jacked up for when he does end up taking to the court and "toughening it out".

Hard to take someone who pumps Westbrick seriously.

Did you not watch the last game? It was blatantly obvious that the refs were in more support of the Grizzlies.

Which is why the Grizz are up 1-0 in the series

and your username literally featuring the location of their old stomping grounds (RIP ROARacle) has nothing to do with your opinion that the refs were 'against' the most important NBA team of the last 7 years? And a team from a much larger market as well.

And considering the refs didn't call a phantom foul on Ja's badly missed desperation layup also proves they must've been against the Dubs!

According to the NBA Last 2 Minute Report, Gary Payton fouled Ja Morant on the inbounds with 3.6 seconds left, and then committed goal tending on the shot attempt.

Neither was called. We can take off our tin foil hats now.

Not to mention Brooks batting the ball out of bounds after Klay’s missed FT.

It’s hard to ref basketball, to be good players have to toe the line of legality. And to be entertaining fans need some flow to the game. It would have been a disservice to an entertaining game to have called either the foul or goaltend on Morants drive.

Getting a final shot attempt on a possession that shouldn't have been yours to begin with.

Let's put those tin foil hats back on, Mr. Garland.

They were handed many opportunities.

You're right, I'm a Warriors fan so I'm certainly biased. But the refs made (and missed) some big calls that favored the Grizzlies more than the Warriors.

And, as mentioned to TJ, the Grizzlies never should've had the ball in the final few seconds to begin with. But the refs missed that call, how surprising?!

I'll chalk it up to bad officiating and the refs not wanting to be the ones to decide the game..

Take your tin foil hats off but keep them right next to you.
