I have no vested interest in hyping Wilson. I am not a fan of his. I am not selling or buying any of his cards, I just think people are judging him for what he did as a starter early in his career, and not for getting a win and playing pretty well against a really tough Defense. He literally escaped 4 or 5 sacks to keep plays alive too. Is no one willing to give this guy a second chance to see what he has and what he can do with better weapons, and maybe more maturity?

They will definatley make some sort of move after this week… it is very apparent they will not make the playoffs with Wilson. They might get a few wins, but he just isn’t ready… and maybe never will be

I'm a little baffled by Saleh's take that Wilson gives them the "best chance to win". The results, and Wilson's overall body of work, prove otherwise.

If I'm Saleh I'm working the phones as hard as possible because there is a world where they stick with Zach, play terrible and Aaron does not recover well enough to play again or play well.

Then he's fired.

It's obviously a phrase that has been messaged from the top. It's not untrue since they don't have a competent qb on the roster.

Isn't Saleh "the top"? Not sure who else would feed that to him. But, I mean, it's blatantly untrue. Everyone knows, including Saleh.

I would be trying to find a solution desperately. Trade partner, anything. The fate of the franchise and his job depends on it.
