Was it not 8 months ago that I was going on about how only Chronicles had natural photos anymore? I like this set more and more. Makes me wonder why a couple Fleer sets of the late 90s aren't more collected.

Love this set. currently picking up shoe game inserts, really tough to find unless willing to pay the high high. incredible set!

I was holding my second Photogenic box and wasn’t sure if I wanted to open it or stash it…but of course I am a degenerate ripper so I opened the box, but I’m going to slowly open the packs a couple at a time. I opened the first two packs today and hit a monster Steph Curry Pregame Gold #’d 10/10. Just checked eBay and one of these sold for over $1K at auction! That one might have been shilled, but it was still a huge pull…I’m not expecting a huge auto out of this box, haha. It looks clean so I might grade it, but either way I’ll probably hold on to it for a little bit.

Still can't hold a candle to Collector's Choice or anything that UD put out in the mid 90s.

Recycled photos and no photos on the back, big surprise.

Great cards Lone Wulf! I also got the KG base rainbow (minus the 1/1) right away for this set!

Yeah this was the one that was on Ebay. Not many of these show up! Has anyone even seen the LeBron or Curry Shoe Game?

We don’t know the true print run, but this has to be one of Panini’s rarest basketball inserts over the past few years, maybe longer. How many other sets have had a rare Luka insert take almost a month to surface after the product was released? And it’s even crazier that not one LeBron has shown up anywhere as far as I know.

a good buy imo. I think print run is 10 or 15 per player. im sad I missed lamelo when it was first one listed. sold for like 600. these are tough to hit.

Supposedly 1 in every 10 cases, so your estimated print run makes sense. Given that this was an online only release, Shoe Game is almost definitely more rare than Color Blast. I’m not sure there’s any other modern insert that’s even close, but there’s probably something that I just can’t remember right now. 2016 Optic Preview maybe?

I see you pc KD, I was talking with the guy selling the KD shoe game on ebay and you could probably pick it up for decent price if interested. ive always compared them with color blasts as well, but im not super familiar with the print runs of them across the different products.
