Yuck. If this was cp3 2 years ago…. Beasley was decent enough in his short regular season with the lakers but they really lost confidence in him during the playoffs. I just don’t realistically know how much cp3 is going to give the lakers.

I hope this happens because it would be hilarious. Even without the pick.

CP3 trade makes no sense to me. Poole is better than CP3 at this point in his career. Why did the Warriors have to give up draft picks?

Yeah I agree. Don't see this helping the Warriors. Poole was inconsistent, but a great spark plug for the 2nd unit. I realize he wasn't worth the contract the Warriors gave him, but neither is the amount CP3 is getting based on his skill level at his current age.

Poole wasn't very good last year and is not looking like he's worth that contract. GS would've been in cap hell trying to re-sign Draymond as well.

That was going to be my next question... Draymond is almost certainly going to be back now, right?

Love this trade for the Dubs. Getting rid of Poole was priority one this off season. Figured they would need to bundle picks to unload that contract. He can be the man on the wizards and get a whole bunch of empty points on volume shooting.
Paul fits their timeline of basically running it back this year and its rebuild city. Draymond may resign for a lower tag for another year. They still need some size to go with Looney. |

Gave Poole away for scraps Gave Wiseman away for scraps Going to give Kuminga away for scraps (it’s going to happen) They should have traded Green and Klay. That’s what a progressive GM would have done GS ain’t winning a damn thing that matters before Curry retires. No chance. They are middle of the pack at best Write that down

Oh boy..not a good response from Miller on that question in that interview..
When you learned someone had died, a young woman...what do you remember thinking? Several face twists and contortions...well ahh..definitely not a good thing to hear um due to the fact I was there at the scene..kinda put me in a place no 20 year old wants to be.. |

Paul can still be cut, which wouldn’t be a surprise.

I’d bet a lot of money he never plays for the Warriors

I was shocked at how the ECF went, I expected a finals run. If you figure most players "peak" in terms of development around 25 Tatum has 1 more year to turn it up. Although with Tatum I'm not really sure how much is left in that sense, he seems pretty maxed out at this point. I do see Tatum as a guy who can be a 1a on a title team just don't really think Brown is that guy who's a 1b.

Only rotation player who looks like he might take a step forward is Tatum and they've been in this boat for 4 years. And even if he does, will it be enough to offset Horford's decline next season? And even if the team is slightly better, what's the goal, losing in 6 to Denver? Porzingis move could end up being a bust but at least they are going for it. For so many years, Celtics have been about next season, progress from the youngsters and salary cap moves...still no title. Stevens is going for it.

My Jazz gonna do anything with these 3 first rounders? Thought for sure we’d try and move up…

Beal is barely a “big 3” when he does the same thing the other two guys do

You weren't trading Green and Klay off a title, you just weren't. The Poole punch is why he was traded. He and Green couldn't be on the same team and Green is just flat out better, obviously. Also not sure Poole would've been able to move on even if Green wasn't there. Wiseman was moved for scraps but I think he's just not that good. Neutral move. Poole can average 30 being the only one on a putrid team with a pulse, I'm not sure what CP3 can give but can't be worse than Poole this past season.
