atleast she FINALLY (though i dont think used her name) called out kim foxx for not prosecuting these people. i made it down to our jobsite around 530am and by 6 when we start there was debate whether we would start or not, so we started...15 mins later the general contractor told us to go home and called the job for the day.....25ish electricians sent home with 4 hours show up time pay...think about that times how many other jobs got shut down today times how many other trades throughout chicago. time to start cracking down, and stop letting these anarchists run amuck.

Silver lining: All of the attention we give to the Trumps and their personalities is going to make it that much easier to move on as a country once they're gone.

Some will continue to fixate, but by and large everyone else is turn their attention to the latest political developments and rivalries.

I’d be shocked if Trump loses and everyone just moves on.

Media has been obsessed, some living and dying by his every tweet. It’s become an addiction and I don’t see there not being any significant withdrawals.

Especially considering the lack of anything substantiative from Biden to this point. I mean, it’s 3 months away from the election and they are barely talking about him.

What do you want Biden to say?

He has a climate plan that he introduced not too long ago. I think it was something like 2-3 trillion dollars in clean energy and green infrastructure. Biden also stated that he will invest more in testing and use the Defense Production Act for COVID. For what it is worth, he will have a lot of mess to clean up if he is elected.

I have to wonder how badly the media actually wants to Trump to lose. Granted, not focusing on Biden is probably doing him a favor, but we all know that much of Trump‘s 2016 victory was due to the inordinate amount of headline space the media devoted to him. It feels like they are knowingly making the same mistake again. All of which leads me to wonder if they really want to kill their golden goose.

It's a good point, Trump drives ratings. The media may be secretly hoping he wins.
