We still don't have confirmation of that though. We have seen people with MC accounts get cancellations so there's no reason to think this isn't a system mess up.

Worked an extra long day today. Was surprised, but disapointed to see that Sapphire dropped 2+ hours ago. Happily surprised to see that they are still available.

Made a new account for the coupon to get my 1st box of this release. That was 35 minutes ago and I'm still waiting on the coupon. Discount vs FOMO now...

Just made 3 new email addresses and signed up to newsletter on each, but no coupon codes have been sent. Those usually go to junk or promotions folder, so I've been checking there, but none to be found

Possible Topps has paused the coupons for now?

So what players are in this that people think it will be such a great product? Some of last years boxes are selling for like $240 which is a loss after fees. Or are people expecting to just do the quick flip? I collect wax so generally in for the long haul, but hate that the prices have kept climbing.

It's possible that Topps did pause the coupons. Checked my past coupon emails. I recieved them at the same time as the newsletter confirmation email.

It's also possible that the deluge of new newsletter subscriptions crashed or triggered a pause in the coupon response system.

We’ll this was a nice surprise. Honestly last year was 3 per account with an absurd PR, so this isn’t too shocking and honestly. 1 per order sucks though

these aren’t gonna stick. someone on another forum was comparing order numbers and there are several hundred thousand order numbers between orders placed this morning and orders placed recently.

Looking at my two orders placed from tonight 18,660 orders were placed in 17 minutes between them.

If i had to guess, the orders from this morning were real as they lasted less than a minute and seemed to be tied to actual stock. They went oos as soon as the inventory was gone.

based on these tonight going live at 7:15ish EST which is a time we’ve never seen topps stock and is a time when the vast majority of topps employees are already off work, I would guess this was never supposed to go live. It seems to just be capturing unlimited orders with nothing tied to actual backend inventory.

Now how they fix this is anyones guess. the people who missed out yesterday are going to call for them to flush everything and start over, people who hit are going to want them to keep the standing orders and just cancel the ones from tonight.

So, the consensus is that these sales will all be cancelled? That's a real bummer. First time I was able to get this product without having to pay insane flipper rates.

It’s all speculation at this point, but i believe it is still in stock even now. I can’t imagine a scenario where these would still be sitting 6 hours later regardless how many boxes were available.
