Print a 2oz ESE label onto a #10 envelope
2 cards max in a Card Saver I
Graded card sleeve to seal the Card Saver
Roll a small loop of tape to hold the card in one corner of the envelope. This allows the envelope to meet the "bend in the middle" rule.
Try a one touch Sleeve ,you may find it a better fit than a graded one for you.

You’re probably right. I happen to have a few hundred extra graded card sleeves right now, but I’ll give that a shot when these run out.

Yes, this is the way. The one touch sleeve will fit into a regular size PWE without having to fold it over.....the graded card sleeves will fit into a #10 size envelope without folding over, but not into a regular size letter envelope. A card saver fits perfectly into a one touch sleeve.

As a buyer these have been getting to me faster that Ground Advantage, on average.

Has anyone simply thrown a regular stamp on the ebay label in these situations?
I have never had any cards returned to me shipped in PWE. I just had four returned to me that were all shipped on the same day. The post office put a big purple sticker on top of the mailing address that says "we regret to inform you that your mail is being returned to you due to issues with the postage or format applied to the shipping label. Contact your PC Postage vendor for assistance."

So now I have to open each envelope to see what card is in there. These orders are just one card in a top loader. Never had any issues before. Any ideas?

You should be able to look at your eBay shipping labels and compare the names on the envelope to the names in the report....you shouldn't have to open each envelope.

Correct, just look at the names. I had about 25 come back once and I reached out to every of the buyers and told them of delay and just dropped them back in the mail again and they all shipped and delivered.

I can’t see the names on the envelopes. The post office put that label over the top of the names and mailing address.

Still trying to figure out why all of a sudden this are starting to come back.

In some of the previous pages in this thread, I think others mentioned similar things happening.....what was working 100% of the time all of a sudden wasn't always working.....I believe it was determined that the USPS has started cracking down in some locations....some, but not all....on the use of top loaders and cardboard mailers for being to rigid to pass thru the sorting machines and the sender using the 1oz $0.69 rate. Solutions ranged from switching from cardboard mailers to PWE type envelopes.....going to card savers over top loaders.....or going with the 3oz $1.25 rate. And some haven't changed anything and all is still going well....no rhyme or reason.

I finally ran out of my #6 envelopes from dollar tree. Now I’m using #10 i got from good will. How does everyone ship cards when they only use 1 card saver. I fold mine I half and use the label to seal them. Is there a better way, I don’t want the cards to move around the envelope.

When i have more than 2+ card savers they the envelope side by side they fit in the envelope.

#6 or #10, I use a piece of tape to hold the card saver in place.

This^^. Off to one side so the envelope bends in the middle.

So it’s better the keep the size of the #10 then to bend it in half? When only shipping one card saver

I only use a #10 for multiple cards in multiple card savers.

Take youe cheap self to the store and buy more #6s. You write it off as an expense and you should know when you are running low.

It ay sound harsh, but I am the guy that in my previous job always came in and on the night shift had to fill up the empty printer. Always be prepared and prepare for everything.

As of now I have two 100 cnt #6s so I know this week on my wally world run to get another 10.

Yes. Tape it in place so it doesn't slide around, but keep the full size.

eBay really needs to disallow item not received cases on ESE until 15 days from shipping date, especially this time of year. Cripes, even Ground Advantage can take more than a week sometimes. Buyers need to understand USPS is occasionally painfully slow with ESE, practically treating them as third class mail, plus it's the holiday season. End rant.
