Well seeing that a year ago they managed to have Kemba,Brown & Tatum all average 20+,Hayward 17+ with Smart coming off the bench I don't think this will be an issue. Losing Theis sucks but it was either lose him today or lose him this summer. With Theis & Teague gone this should open up more minutes for RWilliams & Pritchard which is an absolute positive.

Definitely like Oubre and think he is a good NBA player. The comment was basically to point out that the Warriors cannot afford to spend $20+ million a year on him when they already have Klay, Curry, Wiggins, Poole, and most importantly a potential top 5 pick with 3 potential superstars available that play the same position as Oubre.

They also have Andrew Wiggins who is better than Oubre. They are going to have to let Oubre go free agent and not get any compensation.
Defense wise, Oubre is amazing.. offense wise, I think Oubre is getting much better and reaching his prime. Honestly, I’d rather have Oubre than Wiggins.

This is what I was gonna say. I’d much rather have Oubre over Wiggins

Sixers probably need another big with basically just Dwight now as the only big on the bench.
This time of the year is usually less about stacking with talent for the top teams as it is filling in needs...

Philly got one of it's need of bench scoring helped out and didn't have to give much. You're right that they'll want another big for down the stretch.

Bucks did add PJ Tucker, but you worry about who is handling the ball in the playoff while Jrue is on the bench and either Kyrie or Harden is running the unit for Brooklyn.

I can't believe the were able to pull the Theis trade. What Arturas has done this deadline has been amazing.

He's turned two backup centers on good salaries plus 2 mid-round picks into an All-NBA level center and a decent starting center. Such a contrast to GarPax.

Denver's defense took a step back when Grant left... now McGee can help cover that deficiency. Jokic can do what he does best.

Chicago: They got an all star today and now have more on their roster than the Bucks, Nuggets, and Mavericks. Decent little core they have there.

76ers: Added more veteran presence to the bench without giving up much. Not a game changer, but with how well they've been playing lately, it's a nice add without having to blow anything up. Almost as important, the Nets or Bucks didn't make any big deals to blow by them.

Losers:

Cavs for not being able to move Drummond.

Raptors for their half measure rebuild
Net the Cavs moves together

Jordan Bell and Alonzo McKinnie for that 7 foot dude and 2 2nd rounders

That's it with McGee and Drummond gone. That's the tally.

Gilbert doesn't care about the cash flow out

I'm a diehard Orlando Magic fan. It's hard to comprehend what happened today and I'm sad to see Vuc, AG and Fournier go. But that's sports. What makes me happy is that our FO made a definitive decision, stuck with it and went all the way with it. They kept the guys they brought in since being hired (Isaac, Bamba, Okeke, Fultz and Cole Anthony), moved off the guys from the previous rebuild and did so while adding 2 more young guys with good potential in Hampton and WCJr. We should draft in the top 5 this year, maybe top 3 now that our best players are gone, and also secured more picks. I think we went as far as we could with the guys we had and it was time to move in a new direction. Still sucks to see them go, but I get it and I think we made the right moves.......or maybe "hope" we made the right moves is a better way to put it

Very happy that they moved on. I do hope that Bamba and Okeke can get a lot of playing time now. Bamba has never really gotten a chance yet.

As far as the players lost, eh. I will miss Vooch, even though he was soft defensively, he was one of the best at his position on offense. Great player. I would have been happy seeing him retire a Magic. Gordon never lived up to his potential. No consistency from him. Was always very professional though, and fun to watch the flashes. Happy to see him end up somewhere, where he may be utilized well. Fournier just needed to go. He's been hot lately, but turned into too much of a ball hog. One of the most frustrating players for me to watch.

Happy with what all Orlando got in return. Won't happen, but I'd love them to hire an all new front office to use those picks. I just don't trust the FO the Magic have right now

Wow so the Raptors chose to keep a 35 year old Kyle Lowry for two more months rather than trade him for Tyrese Maxey and two 2nd round picks? Yikes

Vuc WAS Orlando. Yikes. Full rebuild in process.

Not really impressed with any other moves. Ola was a thing like 3 seasons ago.

I honestly think they just tried to call a lot of other teams' bluffs, hoping that the last minute trade offer they couldn't refuse would come in.

It never did.

Yep, big moves and really smart too.

Played it well and were winners along with Chicago.

I heard Maxey was untouchable in trades. I heard the offer for Lowry would be around Thybulle.

Gary Trent Jr nailed an impressive game winner already for Toronto.

Norman Powell ain't no mug in Portland.

Daniel Gafford did look like a needle mover for the Wizards. Fella brings athleticism, lob threat and rim protection. Real Shame he came down with that ugly ankle sprain...

Chandler Hutchison doesn't look like a needle mover for the Wiz. Had an awesome debut but it seems it was that adrenaline debut game.

Celtics fans!!!? Still want to punch Mo Wagner in the face? Evan Fournier already seems like another poor Celtic move. Guys, the wrong moves have been made, time after time. Butchered this run BIG TIME!

Aaron Gordon is benefiting from a new team.

Victor Oladipo will benefit from a new team.

Nicola Vucevic? Did the Bulls finally just win a game with the 'big time' addition!?

Right? Orlando did its best on paper to tank hard but they shipped off their 3 highest usage guys and brought in younger, cheaper, more efficient, better defensive guys (or finally played them instead of sitting them on the bench - OKEKE) and have gotten better?

I'd almost be inclined to believe in Orlando leadership with those trades but Jeff Weltman literally gave an interview after the trades and told everyone he was trying to tank hard further proving that he wayyy overvalued Vuc, Evan, and AG.

Celtics are a sub-.500 team that just got the season series swept by their divisional rivals the 76ers.

What a botched opportunity for the team that was supposed to be loaded for a run at a dynasty a few years ago.

Not going to lie, at one point I was worried about a Kyrie, Tatum, Brown, + another star they could have gotten with all their draft picks (Sacramento pick, anyone?) running the East for a long time.

They lost a trio of incredible guards (IT,TR & KI) who in any combination of two plus Marcus Smart would've formed a formidable back-court.

Keep in mind they drafted drafted Rozier, Smart, Brown & Tatum.

They had the right idea with Hayward but gave up on him. Remember Isaiah Thomas? Understandable considering all but I'm a believer in Hayward. He is the perfect star role player Forward if you give him the appropriate teammates.

They say hindsight is 20/20 but its clear now that they needed to pick either Tatum or Brown. I'm probably going against the grain here but I'll take Brown and trade Tatum.

They rolled through some capable big men, Horford, Kanter, Baynes BUT this was the position I'm targeting with an already lethal backcourt. Center!!! or a super strong PF is the position(s) they SHOULD have targeted. This is where they could've shopped Tatum and whatever picks they had left (they were L-L-L-L-Loaded) for a mother-load.

Imagine a combo of Guards including - Irving, Smart, Rozier or IT
Forwards - Brown or (Tatum), Hayward
Center - oh I don't know, how about Philly's own Embiid? KAT? Adams? Turner? Draymonts Green? C. Capela? KP even... & supplement with the appropriate role playing PF or C if you end up with Green or KP.

Ainge needs to pass the torch gracefully because he's falling UP stairs now...

Oh yeah, and I just remembered now, they had one of the Morris twins, a PERFECT Bench Forward
