Champions League Sapphire dropping today. Posted on Topps UK twitter. First time it's ever been available direct to the UK market, and presume therefore it's not a Montgomery Club product this year.

Yup looks like we're getting skipped. Ugh, one of my favorites. Bots gonna mark it up like F1 and it'll sit and drop. Chrome hobby is only doing $225ish with tons of color and guaranteed auto. Sapphire this year shouldn't sniff last year's in pricing with the increased checklist

19/20 UEFA Sapphire was also available on Topps UK in limited quantities as well as the 582 club, 20/21 wasn't on Topps UK.

It will probably be better for those who are patient to wait for the secondary market. I could see this being one that the uniformed flock to thinking it will skyrocket. When they see that aint happening, prices will tank. Should be affordable for everyone, even if it sells out.

Priced probably at a good price point. Maybe I’m wrong but I just don’t see the value unless they add more parallels per box like F1 and I opened 20+ boxes last year. Plus, Soccer market is really soft right now. I mean you can pick up a chrome hobby case for $2600.

I wouldn’t touch last year at $600.

You probably can’t go wrong buying if you’re holding or ripping but the quick flip won’t be there if they doubled the checklist and also doubled the PR… aka 32k boxes

It will sell but too much for me. I will wait and see if it shows up on the US site and grab a box or two for the unopened collection.

It will likely be $250 on Topps US (if it makes it) because of the exchange rate and 20% tax being removed.

I could see these dipping to the $300 range. Idk they doubled production and go look what last years sapphire and this years chrome sells for… it’s atrocious

Don’t get me wrong there are good rookies but how much is someone going to pay for a 7k PR Gavi, Elanga, Ronaldo, Messi, or Jonathan David base?

Hm that actually is intriguing. They had 5 on the core chrome checklist, wonder if they expanded it. I hope so
