Interesting. I didn't realize new account codes could be used with any account. Just tested with my MC account and it worked but still didn't pull the trigger.

You will be fine, Topps does not care nor have the manpower/capacity to enforce much of anything.

Hmmm, codes from new account signups never have and still do not work on my MC account, only the account they are associated with.

the code i used today was from an account i created a few months ago. I had never used the code that came with this account though as far as I can remember.

Did anyone actually get an email saying this is a MC thing? I don’t see it mentioned anywhere on the product page like it usually does and haven’t gotten an email stating it is.

I haven’t got an email but it doesn’t appear on the boxes and packs page and I get swing and a miss if i use the link when signed in to a non mc account.

basically monitors picked it up and started passing the link around, i don’t know that topps ever sent it out.

My Star Wars Sapphire box that I purchased on eBay for $325 on public release day is arriving Friday! Seller Messaged me to keep me up to date on when he would be shipping and tracking info. I feel lucky since a lot of of people had their orders cancelled.

These are starting to move solidly above $700. Singles holding strong too. Not too many big 1/1s or /5s out there yet.

I called about this again today and the CS rep told me that Topps is still working on a resolution and I should know something in the next two weeks. Just love giving Topps short term loans.
